When commented that the back hadn’t been screwed back on properly as it was half off, the employee said it was missing upon arrival, which is not true. It has only been worn 3 times, and never had the back undone before today. Very upset with paying over $90 for a shoddy job.Edit: the manager Krystal quickly responded and went above and beyond to fix the issue.
