Stephen Skuse: . I explained that I'm just getting into motorcycles and he explained jackets, helmets, and other gear as if I came in with 0 knowledge, which was perfect because that was really close to where I was at. He showed me some different jackets and helmets, explained a couple bikes, let me know there was the used bikes in the basement and told me to browse around, feel free to try on stuff, and if I needed any help, to get him. There was a couple bikes I was interested in sitting on, but with them all being close together, I was reluctant. Before we left, 2 other employees actually took the time to greet us and one of them spent a few more minutes talking to me about riding and gear. Will definitely be going back, even if it's just for gear. Maybe will be heading back and looking into financing a bike. Either way, they left a great impression.

Cora Dutton: My husband Decided that he wanted to buy his very 1st motorcycle and right from the very 1st minute we stepped into the store the staff went above and beyond to help my husband find the bike that was right for him never being pushy or trying to upsell like so many other stores but actually taking the time and going through all the features of each bike after my husband decided on which bike he liked and wanted they helped him with a complete set of gear helmet, gloves, jacket and boots explaining each item and helping him choose the best fit for him we never felt rushed In anyway and they answered any questions that we had and. I also want to express my sincerest gratitude to Stephen who went above and beyond all expectations when my husband's jacket and boots were delivered to the store and neither of us was going to be able to pick them up that day Stephen personally dropped them off to make sure that my husband had his gear for his motorcycle courses!! Sung Kang: Just purchased a Starcraft Storm 165SC aluminum fishing boat from Dewildt Marine and I had a great buying experience. Mitch Atlee was my sales consultant and he was fantastic to work with. I initially started emailing with him after configuring a boat on the Legend website. Most of the time when the website says that a salesperson is going to reach out, they never do. But in this case Mitch emailed immediately and was open to discussing alternatives to the Legend because I wanted something with a wider beam as well as an alternative to Mercury outboards, which is how I ended up in the Starcraft with a 70hp Yamaha. I had an easy time with the purchase and he even offered free tickets to the Hamilton boat show so I could see the actual boat before I committed. He helped me upgrade the trolling motor and threw in some great accessories to save me cash upon delivery. I look forward to years of enjoyment with this new toy and highly recommend Dewildt and Mitch in particular if you are looking for a no pressure sales experience!

Very smooth transaction and great to deal with. I had such a good experience I just purchased a dual sport motorcycle through Dave also. I would highly recommend Dewildt in Hamilton. I'm from out of town but it's worth the drive.

Walter DiFelice: At 11 am I brought my associate Tony Tomatoes to the closest bike shop near me for a major repair ?, " the spring was dangling free by his side stand " !!!!. There was a little girl out front giving away free lemonade thenTony was greeted immediately by a staff member belching out ,,,, " Welcome to Ultimate Cycle ",,,,, We will be with you shortly ." !!! Oddly there was a gentlemen walking around telling everyone he knew Tai Kwon Doh ?? Tony figured he was the bouncer ??? Anyway ,Tony helped himself to the free hors d'oeuvres & appetizers while he waited . Tony was anxious to return home in New Jersey and was so relieved the major repair was all complete by 7pm closing . He was somewhat perturbed & surprised the invoice was a little higher than expected ,,,,, but was so happy with the great service and free goodies , he fuh godd about it . On his way home Tony couldn't wait to get back and tell all his associates about his experience .!!!

Biker Since50: I was shopping around for a Ninja 400 2023 all over the GTA and surrounding area. Calling and getting frustrated with many dealerships over the bike availability, price or color options. Not to mention the poor customer service at some dealerships. I called GRPS and voila! They had exactly what I was looking for. They were able to get me the bike in two days from their London location. When I arrived I met with owner Hilary and she was very prompt, courteous and had everything in order and I was out the door on my new bike in minutes. No upselling, no solicitation for upgrades for add ons etc. ALSO the price she was able to offer me was substantially less than any other dealership was. Great service, great team. I recommend. Go see the good people at GRPS.
