I explained that I'm just getting into motorcycles and he explained jackets, helmets, and other gear as if I came in with 0 knowledge, which was perfect because that was really close to where I was at. He showed me some different jackets and helmets, explained a couple bikes, let me know there was the used bikes in the basement and told me to browse around, feel free to try on stuff, and if I needed any help, to get him. There was a couple bikes I was interested in sitting on, but with them all being close together, I was reluctant. Before we left, 2 other employees actually took the time to greet us and one of them spent a few more minutes talking to me about riding and gear. Will definitely be going back, even if it's just for gear. Maybe will be heading back and looking into financing a bike. Either way, they left a great impression.

Walter DiFelice: At 11 am I brought my associate Tony Tomatoes to the closest bike shop near me for a major repair ?, " the spring was dangling free by his side stand " !!!!. There was a little girl out front giving away free lemonade thenTony was greeted immediately by a staff member belching out ,,,, " Welcome to Ultimate Cycle ",,,,, We will be with you shortly ." !!! Oddly there was a gentlemen walking around telling everyone he knew Tai Kwon Doh ?? Tony figured he was the bouncer ??? Anyway ,Tony helped himself to the free hors d'oeuvres & appetizers while he waited . Tony was anxious to return home in New Jersey and was so relieved the major repair was all complete by 7pm closing . He was somewhat perturbed & surprised the invoice was a little higher than expected ,,,,, but was so happy with the great service and free goodies , he fuh godd about it . On his way home Tony couldn't wait to get back and tell all his associates about his experience .!!!

Sung Kang: Just purchased a Starcraft Storm 165SC aluminum fishing boat from Dewildt Marine and I had a great buying experience. Mitch Atlee was my sales consultant and he was fantastic to work with. I initially started emailing with him after configuring a boat on the Legend website. Most of the time when the website says that a salesperson is going to reach out, they never do. But in this case Mitch emailed immediately and was open to discussing alternatives to the Legend because I wanted something with a wider beam as well as an alternative to Mercury outboards, which is how I ended up in the Starcraft with a 70hp Yamaha. I had an easy time with the purchase and he even offered free tickets to the Hamilton boat show so I could see the actual boat before I committed. He helped me upgrade the trolling motor and threw in some great accessories to save me cash upon delivery. I look forward to years of enjoyment with this new toy and highly recommend Dewildt and Mitch in particular if you are looking for a no pressure sales experience!

Very smooth transaction and great to deal with. I had such a good experience I just purchased a dual sport motorcycle through Dave also. I would highly recommend Dewildt in Hamilton. I'm from out of town but it's worth the drive.

John Newbigging: We visited Leathers in Hamilton this afternoon and we are so glad that we did. We went there looking for a leather belt and an Australian leather hat made by a company called Barmah. Not an easy item to find. We were greeted by Steve and were very happy with his assistance, expertise and guidance. We ended up walking out with two pairs of Boulet Boots. Made in Canada which was a pleasant bonus. We are wearing the boots right now and can happily report that neither of us have EVER worn a brand new, out of the box, pair of leather boots without some initial break-in discomfort. These boots are slippers. We are looking forward to feeling how great our boots feel after they’ve actually been broken in. Within minutes Steve had me sized up and found a suitable style boot for myself. We were in and out in under 20 minutes and absolutely in love!! Everything was great. I was very happy.
