Skyler Grasley: I've been a client of this branch for the entirety of my life, and have only had good experiences. In particular, I had a stellar experience with the advisor Braden Athanasiou who helped me set up my TFSA and reviewed mutual funds with me, providing insights into the differences between them, performance metrics, visualizations, all the other information I needed to make the decision as to which was right for me. He was very knowledge, made explanations of financial concepts accessible without sacrificing depth, and had answers to all my questions. He is kind, and professional. I recommend, to the greatest possible extent.

Emeric Q: Unlike other reviewers, I had great service at this branch! I booked an appointment online the day before to open new accounts + credit card. Jashil greeted me, answered all my questions and was very efficient! I observed other customers and the rest of the staff also seemed friendly and efficient. There was a little bit of a line up at one point, but it all depends on the flow of people at that time and not the staff. I cannot recommend this branch more highly! Thanks again!

Steve Roberts: Had a first time meeting with my premier relationship manager, Anna, everything I needed to know was answered in a friendly ,professional manner. She showed a lot of patience with my ill informed questions! Had dealings with other staff members also, all good. I left a lot better informed than when I entered, a pleasant experience, unlike some other banks locally. Unfortunately only one branch in Hamilton, downtown, but that's not their fault.
Margaret Barsi: All covid rules were followed. We needed help to transfer funds from HSBC Canada to HSBC UK, plus handling a UK Power of Attorney between my husband in Canada and his sister in the UK. Nicolina Gualtieri handled all for us, she was patient, explained everything well and completed quite quickly. We appreciated and rather enjoyed our experience with this branch.
