Jaxon Bonds: Just like to state that one of your advisors, Fabrizio was fantastic. He went above and beyond my expectations and was able to get done what needed to be in a super productive way! He gave me his professional opinion on the options I had and I am super thankful for listening to what he suggested. Customer service was over the top. Employees like Fabrizio is what drives the repeat customer to come back. I will for sure be coming back to national bank for a mortgage just because of the way he provides service to me! Much appreciated! The tellers were also amazing and super helpful.

Mc Fly: I'm a bit of a inpatient person and on few occasions been in hurry and we'll inpatient.. I was but the girls there took care of my issues fast and had me on my way if anything it was me that was the only problem im fairly new to this bank but hold a mortgage with them i find in most cases them to be fast and professional and thank them for there help I'm not the most organized person but they can make sense of what I'm looking to do thank you all
Andrew Gauldie: Hi I've always found the tellers extremely helpful and dedicated to the safety and well being of the customers.I've been with them since long before they moved to James Street North. Love the new location due to the fact it is closer to my house. The only issue I have is with the online banking side of things. Now more than ever it is important to be able to send and receive transfers and just be able to check my balance however I continue to have issues signing in, transfering funds or receiving money from family members ect. Currently I am unable to even sign into my personal account coupled with the new closing time of 2pm makes it very frustrating to be able to get things done.

Amanda Ruiz: Helpful lady named Wendy at the front desk. she was amazing and made sure we were helped. She was thorough and went through the process of patiently helping us out. Line moved fast. No complaints
aaron mullin: Never had an issue with this location. Lineups may be slow moving at times, but never have any problems.Those who complained about ATM doors being locked in evening's, need to realize that due to homeless/addiction running rampant, there had been numerous times that paraphernalia found, people sleeping between doors, and also attempted robberies.Hence why security when is open, and why doors are locked at night.
At four O thirty three: Very helpful staff at this location. Never had a problem with them. A customer service representative helped resolve an issue I washaving with my online banking and guided me through it.. Now I do my banking using a cibc app instead of using Chrome. .Thank you Riddhi for your assistance.

Steve Roberts: Had a first time meeting with my premier relationship manager, Anna, everything I needed to know was answered in a friendly ,professional manner. She showed a lot of patience with my ill informed questions! Had dealings with other staff members also, all good. I left a lot better informed than when I entered, a pleasant experience, unlike some other banks locally. Unfortunately only one branch in Hamilton, downtown, but that's not their fault.
Margaret Barsi: All covid rules were followed. We needed help to transfer funds from HSBC Canada to HSBC UK, plus handling a UK Power of Attorney between my husband in Canada and his sister in the UK. Nicolina Gualtieri handled all for us, she was patient, explained everything well and completed quite quickly. We appreciated and rather enjoyed our experience with this branch.
