Today for the first time we received a five star service from Sundance. I am talking about Chris Walker. Chris is a confident professional who really knows what he is doing and he addressed the 3 problems we had with our hot tub and fixed them in a very short space of time. Thank you Chris, we can now enjoy our hot tub. You and Sarah are an asset to Sundance.

Brent Wallace: Great time to be in a spa is a March Snow Storm. Alas our Cameo would do nothing but give an 11a error code. Very quickly we had Chris at the house to diagnose the issue. He found it quickly, the mice had destroyed the top board and Chris replaced it. Great work, but a really nice, friendly and out standing person. He was thorough, friendly and thoughtful. When contacted for questions about our first tub, the staff have been very quick to respond and were able to get the right answer even if they didn't know right away. We were back and forth about different tubs for months but really glad we landed on a Jacuzzi. Highly recommend. Update: Service was fantastic with an issue we had. Part replaced and Tech was amazing.

Dave Repchuck: I called the Wellness Shop to book an appointment when I was receiving a "low flow" message on my hot tub. On the day of the appointment, the technician called before arriving. I was impressed by the technician's professionalism and knowledge. He thoroughly checked all the mechanics of the hot tub and determined that the issue was the need for a more regular filter cleaning. He also recommended a product that would clean the jet tubes. After following his advice, my hot tub is working like new. I was pleased with the service and the helpful answers to all my questions.
