John Huibers (Change): Great campus, great professors and great staff.Really down to earth people here, it's not like highschool was at all. You feel engaged while learning and everyone is passionate about every class.The Tim Hortons is 1/10th of a Tim Hortons but it serves coffee at least so there won't be riots.If you are intimidated about Mohawk, this campus is for you, it's miniscule compared to the others and focuses on trades.The layout is a grid outside of the upstairs which is confusing.

Brandon Mattin: Had a haircut with Gabi today and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. Gabi was friendly and confident, she put my worries at ease. I had about 8 inches cut off and she made sure I was happy every step of the way, making sure she wasn't going to short or keeping it too long. Highly recommend seeing Gabi!!! And don't be afraid that they're students. An instructor comes and checks and gives tips to the stylist the whole way along. It was a great experience. In and out in just over an hour.

She completely honoured my wishes and as a queer person it is hard to find someone who understands androgyny. Stephen Morris: I have just recently completed my Introductory course at triOs College for Community service work. I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for my Instructor Saadia Ahmand. Saadia was amazing! What an indelible mark she has made in my career, and it has just started. She helped everybody in the class get all in sync with the new operating systems, platforms, and websites. Her relatability with all her students was evident in the way she conducted her courses, with our understanding of the material being her main priority. I am a testament to her teaching skills being that I'm not computer inclined to say the least, and she helped mould me into a competent and proficient user of these new systems. All be it her job, however, I truly felt a connection with my Professor, as she helped me achieve my goals for the first part of the course and beyond. I wanna say that my experience was unique almost esoteric if you will, but something tells me I'm not alone in this regard. Saadia for Prime minister?!

Emily Li: The class material could use a grammar check. It is run by ESL people mostly. I was lucky to learn from 2 teachers in my program - Ms Beant and Ms Shellie. Ms Shellie is great at explaining and test prepping. Otherwise, other parts of this program is great. I was in the PSW program in 2022. This school has great start date options.

Amber Krieg: Had a good experience doing my makeup artist certification. Jenn and Maddie were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to learn with. They were both friendly, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered.I would definitely recommend this certification course for entry level and beginner artists. If you’re looking for more of an intermediate or advanced training, this course may not be suitable. The knowledge and training I received were valuable, however, as a self- taught artist, with 25 years of experience, I believe having different levels of course availability would have been a better option for someone in my position. I would recommend doing a visit to the school, and requesting a course overview to see if it meets your needs. I was also looking for more guidance on the business end of working as a new freelance artist, however this was not a major part of the curriculum. Overall, the instructors were experienced and very open to answering questions I had specifically wanted answers to. I just believe the course as a whole should be divided based on previous training, ability and knowledge of the foundations of makeup.I would also say doing the Advanced Bridal is not necessary. The book I was given was basically the same as the Makeup Certification course, with the only difference being the different cultural techniques. This could have very easily could have been rolled into the main course, and was an expensive add on. Maddie was amazing, and tailored the course to what I asked for. However, for a 2 day course, the “theory” aspect didn’t seem necessary. It basically just felt like a money grab for the advanced bridal. I was also scheduled the advanced bridal before I finished the main course. There was so much overlap. Again, just check out the school and ask a lot of questions before committing to these course, as they are very expensive.

Just a short time into the program she's almost in tears because she feels like she's been scammed. She's learning nothing from the course because she has an unqualified instructor that self professes her laziness. She's recently spoken with administration and all they do is make excuses and try to put blame on my wife telling here that she's just not interested in learning. Absolutely insulting. She is so upset, frustrated, disappointed and devastated with all of this that she is dropping out. She'll be the third one to do so in a small class. I've personally spoken with two other students who feel the same.Update:I'm pleased to find out that the school has agreed to a full refund.
