As I gave Abbas my pants he began removing the thread from the previous adjustment and he told me to come back in 15 minutes. I thought he’d need that time to remove the thread so he could remeasure my preferred length. I came back and Abbas handed me my pants and asked me to try them on in the change area. The length was perfect - considering a belt this time. He recommended I bring a belt next time should I plan on wearing it with what I bring in for adjustments and didn’t charge me either. I insisted on paying but he said he didn’t consider that I’d wear a belt with my pants and that he found joy in a satisfied customer. What a gentlemen! While I was there she helped me navigate my rather complicated bustle, giving me a bit of her time that I know she didn’t have as she is very busy. She was fast and reliable and I paid less than half of what the other girls paid at their seamstress/alteration places, and they only got a hem done. She took out the sides of my dress to accommodate my extra Covid poundage and still managed to make it look great and cohesive with the other girls dresses. On time delivery of alteration and didn’t break the bank. 11/10
