Chris Bonany: My two year old tv went dark, and then I was fortunate to find "Paul" from A-1 Tv repair in Hamilton. I sent an email to his website.....and guess what?? HE ANSWERED the email in less than 12 hours! Other bigger companies can't be bothered. Paul was awesome, he asked me to explain the problem and then had me bring the tv in. His shop was full of tv's and it is not a big shop....but i felt like I could trust him. He kept the tv and told me he would get back to me the next day....and GUESS WHAT.....he did get back to me the very next day.....once again other big companies don't keep their promise of communication. He gave me a quote and then said he could have it repaired in a few days. Two days later he called and my tv was ready for pick up. In this economic climate when so many companies don't or can't keep their word or like to come up with excuses why not.......PAUL did exactly what he said he was going to do. I hope if you are reading this review and that if you ever need your tv or stereo repaired that you think of Paul from A-1 Tv on Cannon street in Hamilton. Paul i was extremely impressed with your customer service and fair pricing. Nice to know that people like Paul still exist! Thank you.

Ryan P (Rbd25): Responsive, knowledgeable, and able to fix my old tv that I thought all was lost for when the main board went. He performed a free inspection when he could to let me know if it was fixable first, as well as provided me a great estimate if I wished to go ahead with the repair, provided he found the part.He was able to use his local contacts from his many years in business to get a hold of the specific part my TV needed to work again, thus saving 1 more TV from the landfill, reducing cost to myself and keeping me from having to purchase another more expensive TV.All the work was done quickly, especially for a small business. I had only one cosmetic concern regarding how the frame had gone back onto the TV, but after pointing it out, it was quickly fixed with a smile.I highly recommend anyone needing Repairs to check out Allied Repair, not only for the great service but also to reduce the amount of electronic waste we throw away when something stops working.

Amitesh Bagha: I came here to get a gauge cluster motor separated from a circuit board and rebuilt, in which Khaled was more than skilled to handle. I started by calling Khaled to see if he would be able to help me with my situation, in which he requested I send photos to further clarify the work to be done. When I arrived at the location, I was kindly greeted by Khaled and he informed me of every step that he would take before following through and heeded my own opinion into the matter. Khaled went above and beyond to accommodate me including staying overtime. He successfully repaired my gauge cluster motor and soldered it to the circuit board excellently. His pricing is fair and the customer experience is great. If you need any technical assistance, give Khaled a call, it is more than likely he can help.
