Jesse: I came into this store because I was in a hard spot and needed to borrow some cash. I brought them some gold and they gave me a good price on a loan. It really helped me out, and it was there for me the next month to pick up. They keep it safe and took the time to listen to what I needed and help me out. Very good customer service, would highly recommend if you ever need cash. The owner is hella nice!
Ryan McMenemy: I’ve never been to or used a pawn shop before in my life. However, while browsing Marketplace on Facebook, I came across a few ads I was interested in and they happened to be for Pawn Kings. I figured if I was going I may as well bring some things to sell as well. The process of selling my items was very smooth and the offer they gave me for everything was extremely fair !! I ended up buying a brand new pair of Studio 3 Beats by Dre and a Series 6 Apple Watch for a fantastic price and walked out with money still. Unfortunately, upon getting home and charging the Apple Watch it was iCloud locked. This is something I should’ve checked before leaving but nonetheless, Pawn Kings was extremely professional on how they handled returning it. They offered to switch it out for another or give me cash back for it. They even tried contacting the former owner multiple times on my behalf to see if we could get the iCloud credentials to lift the lock. Unfortunately that fell through. I ended up going back and getting my money back no question asked. It was my very first pawn shop experience and it turned out to be an extremely positive one. I would recommend anyone to go to Pawn Kings if they are looking to sell some things and buy some quality products !! 5/5 stars even though I had to bring one thing back.

hamiltonuser: I went into the shop just to browse while waiting for my husband and was pleasantly surprised with with I saw. It was clean, roomy and the staff were very welcoming. I ended up buying some beautiful jewelry and some gaming equipment for my husband. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!
Jesse: I was recommended to come here from the other location to look at some video games that I've been searching for. They not only had a copy of the game I was looking for, a boxed copy of pokemon stadium, but while I was there, they had alot more items that were cool and interesting. The owner of the store was showing me different games that they had in stock, I ended up leaving with 6 different games, all at a very good price. I will definitely be returning here and can't wait to see what they have in stocks next time. Very good customer service again, I highly recommend this store, it is large and spacious and has alot of different kinds of items. The owner is hella nice and great to talk to!
