Jason Beckett: Great park, better splash pad.Big destination for little league baseball in Hamilton

Waqarun Nisa: Great place for kids in summer with swings and splash pad both.. My kids love it and we visit it ofen as it's at a 8-10 mins walk from our place. The only problem is that the restrooms are always locked and kids don't have a place to change after playing in the splash pad.

Carol Keays: Playground: There was a playground for the kids and a nice splash pad. I would go there again and recommend to others

Yesenia Perez: It's nice place. You can come and relax a little, there are benches to sit on and a large fountain that will cool you down on summer days.On Saturday mornings there is organization. They deliver hot food and groceries to those who need it, not just the homeless.

Bill Stevenson: Nestled amidst the charming city of Hamilton, Ontario, Eastmount Park stands as a serene oasis, captivating visitors with its picturesque beauty and tranquil ambiance. This verdant haven is a testament to nature's splendor, inviting all who enter to immerse themselves in its delights. As you step into Eastmount Park, you are greeted by a vibrant tapestry of lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and towering trees that sway gently in the breeze. The park's inviting benches, strategically placed in scenic spots, beckon you to sit back and soak in the breathtaking surroundings. For the more active souls, Eastmount Park offers a range of recreational facilities. Engage in a friendly game of tennis or basketball on the well-maintained courts, or challenge yourself on the fitness trail that winds through the park, inspiring you to embrace a healthy lifestyle. Children can frolic and laugh with glee in the playground area, where colorful swings, slides, and climbing frames promise endless hours of entertainment. But Eastmount Park is not just about recreation—it is also a sanctuary for wildlife. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the presence of numerous bird species that call the park home. Bring your binoculars and camera, for the park offers excellent opportunities for birdwatching and capturing breathtaking snapshots of nature in its purest form.Throughout the year, Eastmount Park hosts various community events and festivals, bringing people together in celebration and fostering a sense of togetherness. Whether it's a lively concert under the summer sky or a cozy winter gathering around a bonfire, the park radiates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a hub of community spirit. With its meticulously maintained surroundings, Eastmount Park offers a respite from the bustle of everyday life, providing solace and rejuvenation to all who seek it. Eastmount Park is a testament to the beauty of green spaces and a testament to the enduring bond between humanity and the natural world.

Jeanette Pattison: Great baseball program here. Play area and splash pad plus bathroom and concession during games is a bonus. Very clean.

Michael Dailous: Nice moderate to large sized playground and park. Nice grass field area and small splash pad.

Meaghan Edwards: Nice little park within walking distance. One of the places I take my dogs to. I hope this place continues to exist for years to come; I've heard rumblings of it being developed for housing and hope that doesn't happen. The school was torn down a few years ago, expanding the size of the park proper. Glad the housing development didn't come into fruition as we need green space.

Jordan R: , as well as great owners. For children, there is a nice playground that has a variety of equipment such as slides, monkey bars, stepping stones, a rocking vehicle, etc. There is also a swing-set with a toddler seat, child seats and regular seats.Beside that, there is a splash pad for the kids in the summer.Beside the park is a center where I believe they host various programs for children. The site also has 3 baseball diamonds, where there are league games in the summer. As well as a backstop for young children. They also have a snack bar open during the baseball games. There are several benches, large rocks and trees for landscaping and a paved path from East 26th to Upper Sherman recently installed. Therefore, Eastmount Park is a large park that has a variety of activities for children, dog owners, baseball/cricket players or people just wanting to relax in a nice environment.I only have one complaint. This is the fact that there isn't an enclosed dog park section that would allow for dogs to play and run free. There is plenty of space that could be used for this purpose.Playground: For children, there is a nice playground that has a variety of equipment such as slides, monkey bars, stepping stones, a rocking vehicle, etc. There is also a swing-set with a toddler seat, child seats and regular seats.Restrooms: There are indoor restrooms, yet I am not sure if they are always open to the public or only during baseball games, or only for the children doing the community center activities. There is a a port-a-potty available.Dog-friendliness: I have a dog, and he loves to stop by here on his walks. He is a service dog, and this area gives me plenty of area to do training. There are many other dogs that visit this park on a regular basis. It is a wonderful that my dog can socialize with a variety of other dogs.I have never encountered an issues with the other dogs. The dogs are all very friendly

Shannon Principato: Great park
