Robert Mulholland: As seniors MERDIAN offers many excellent options for banking, ATM right there. Customer service is very efficient and competent. Free E-transfer, cheques, money drafts and more. Not opened weekends-Monday-Friday 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

George Anthony: I was with Royal Bank for about 15 years, but after talking to Tina she convinced me to give pace a try. Tina sent me to Anita at this branch, all I can say is WOW I was never treated so well as I was there, since then I moved my mortgage and all of my banking over to Pace... hands down the better choice! I am not just happy but ecstatic at this decision they don't just take care of your banking they take care of your actual needs. Thank you again to everyone at this branch please keep it up!

She went above and beyond and was the most lovely, caring person to speak with. Sometimes we all get so very busy in our professional lives, but Tina made sure she was always available to me. She returned my email and messages and was able to understand my needs and then suggest some products and solutions I never would have thought of. She knows her job well and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking financial assistance.

Not only am I a Member, but I'm also an employee and I can attest to the fact that the staff truly do care about the Members and their needs. The personal service shown to our Members is one of the things that really separates us from other Financial Institutions. Light vs Dark: Have been with Pace since 2002, have always had outstanding personal service at my branch. I have previously dealt with traditional banks and felt unappreciated, basically just a number. When I am at my branch, everyone knows my name. The products offered are off the charts, there is no way a bank could compete. Will never leave the Credit Union, love the co-operative values they embody

pio Muk: If you want a bank that can listen to you beyond inputting numbers and telling you the result that a computer produces, visit this bank. There is almost no line up and people are actually happy to see you and even know your name. Michael from the Brantford location treated us like humans not numbers. He was patient, got past the usual numbers and came up with an excellent solution to our request. This bank was recommended to us and we recommend it!
Cathy Penney: I was having difficulty setting up my new debit card. I called online support who listened to me to the details of my issue. They transferred me to Brenda in member services. She was so pleasant and helped me get my issue resolved. In addition, she also suggested a different member package that was more suited to my needs. This actually gave me a reduction in my monthly fee. Excellent customer service with a personal touch!

The lack of useful step by step instructions was mind boggling . I thought the first time we did an exercise like this was confusing but you should been able to make it easier this time. Bodiak: I’ve banked with HMECU since 2012 and would never go back to a big bank. Credit Unions are by far superior. Low monthly fees. Caring staff- really feels like they are there for you. You can also access your money from any other Credit Union bank machine.
