Krystal Cee: Nice for a family day out. Water not good for swimming.

redheadsaid: Clean waters in my opinion! Nice place to just go out for a family picnic and to even play with the sand! Swam in it as well, and it was enjoyable!

Fifty Point Beach: what do users think?

B Parsa: Beautiful scenery, amazing beach for swimming, and great place for bbq and picnics. It has an entrance fee of $35-45 per car or you can purchase an annual family card for $130-140.

dave antunes: What an amazing spot. To think something so close to Hamilton can be so beautiful is shocking. And it's never incredibly busy. Check it out.

Mayank Singh: Nice place for kids and family outings.

Harshal Akolkar: Calm, serene, and wonderful BUT..... public should stop barbecuing and hukka smoking on the beach. And i expect park administration to enforce it.

Christie Lake Conservation Area: what do users think?

Dabin Sabri: Nice a clean park very friendly staff…

Salman Ulhaq: Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No

Muhammad Rizwan: A very beautiful and scenic place. We had barbecue picnic with our friends and families and it was fantastic. Ample space for parking and plenty of space for everyone to station their equipment. The lake is beautiful and clean. You can bring your kayaks to sail over waters. Shallow depth waters allows the kids to play in water up to a fair distance from the shores. Washrooms were close by and clean. There is an snack bar adjacent to get snacks and ice cream. Also a shelter big enough to accommodate plenty of people in case of rain. There is decent fees for entry into the park. Overall the experience was pleasant. This is a place worth visiting again and again.

shaun graham: Good park. Great disc golf.

Michael Reales: A 40 min to an hour drive from Mississauga, depending on the traffic. Easily located beside the Hiway. They got a large area for picnic, corporate meeting, family gathering, etc. The convenient store needs a make-over. Toilets are clean. The lake is nice and the kids will enjoy it. There is a shared trail for hiking and mountain bike. Mountain bike trail is ok, good for enjoying the place, but it will make you sweat as well. Helmets are needed when going on the MTB trail. Parking is accessible nearby but can be a chore to go back and forth. Cul-de-sac is a bit small and could get crowded when you need to unload and reload your stuff.

Omogbolahan Okunuga: A place to be for the lovers of natureVisited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes …

Valens Lake Conservation Area: what do users think?

Faiza Aamir: We been going to Valens lake for 5/6 yearsAmple parking, peaceful environment and beautiful lake

Abdul Al-Basith: If you're looking to picnic, this spot is perfect.

TheGaming727: We've been visiting the park for a couple years now, and this is by far one of the better camping parks we've been to.Super friendly staff, great hiking trails, and all that are the positives about Valens. Negatives are the fact there's no park patrols keeping watch over the park and maintaining law and order.Playground: The playground used to exist up by the Camp Store, but was ripped out within the last decade.Dog-friendliness: Dogs are encouraged, however there are enforced quiet hours at night which means dogs must be silent around those times.Picnic area: Plenty of picnic areas around by the beach and more on the road heading towards the campgrounds.

Dalia Marcela Medina Morales: Nice place to have a great time in family. Canoeing, kids swimming safely, good trails. A nice experience.

Paulus Wierenga: Great place to go

Jeff Frey: Great place to spend the day, but the blaring music gets annoying especially since it's not even in English. Used to be able to camp here back in the day, but they seem hesitant to bring it back. A previous generation of Binbrookians caused some chaos and they haven't had camping since. I'm sure it would be booked solid if they brought back overnight camping.

Sajjad Qamar: Amazing place to bbq with family 👍

B. J.: 👍

Ellen Hekert: Niapenco sunset. Beautiful lake for an evening walk. "The day thou gavest Lord has ended...the darkness falls at thy behest".

Jovan: Warmer water compared to most other beaches in the area, small lake, you can definitely swim across if you're a swimmer. Also the walking trails that go around it are really nice too

Jamie Smith: Beautiful location, great for hikes

mack ragman: Great place to bring the family, Binbrook conservation is awesome to bring your Bbq and hang ou for the day

Ilham Aldusouki: Love the place, its great for family and friends gathering. Washrooms are clean as well as the beach. Safe for children to swim, and there are alot of parking spots, and you have to at the entrance.

Darrin MacDonald: Great spot for some pond hockey boys!!

Jason Walker: Awesome place to fish

Rob H: When the lake is frozen, this is the place to go skating.

Alexander Gadamer: Access to Lake Jojo is best by Cairns Ave. in Dundas. You'll need to walk around Delsey Wetlands, a small man-made pond, then follow the path on the other side about 300 meters until you see the lake. Its a very shallow lake, freezes easily in the Winter, and due to an over-population of Carp, is weedless, so making the ice clean and good for skating. Another access is by Sleepy Hollow Court, and while you can approach the shore, no path leads around the lake from this point. Frequent visitors are geese, ducks, herons and terns.

Matt Thompson: A good alternative to Dundas Peak

Niki Bourgeois: Great serene place to visit!!

JO JO Coffee: My name is jojo

Valens Reservoir: what do users think?

Douglas St. John: I have been going here my whole life and haven't made a review. It's a nice park for its location and they keep it very clean. I fish here and quite a few different types of fish are in the water. It's an ok population of fish. The water is very shallow and that makes fishing some lures more difficult. I have never used the beach because it gets so bussy with people diving from the big city now.

Mohammed Halaw: Wonderful lake, many activities can be taken with the family

Guvanthi Abeysinghe: A small reservoir in the middle of Valen conservation area. The trail in the conservation area and the boardwalk provides a great view of the reservoir. There's a great beach for family outings, a separate area to bathe your dog and also plenty of space to BBQ. Fishing is also allowed. There's a separate area designated for catch and release fish. Parking is available inside the conservation area by the beach side for 15CAD. There's also camping sites. Kayaking is also allowed. Kayak renting place is also available, but make sure about its availability before you go. Beach area might be crowded during weekends in Summer.

c price: The staff and facilities are great, but trying to sign your kids up for programs can sometimes be a competitive sport. Also change room theft is an actual thing, so make sure your stuff is locked up!Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Vishvek Babbar: Awesome pool for kids and one of the better locker room facilities out of all Rec centres.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait …

Aaron McBurney: My daughter has taken all of her swimming lessons here. The staff are super friendly and the selection of pools is awesome. There is a very shallow section where those who can't swim or are still learning can hang out, and it's connected to a deeper pool where the water slide exits into. The water in both of these sections is perfectly warm. Almost like being in a bathtub that has just started to cool off. There's an entirely other pool which has a shallow end and a deep end. This is your typical swimming pool. The deep end is roped off. The water temperature here is like your typical swimming pool water. My daughter doesn't like swimming anywhere else. Will keep coming back!

Leena Maria John: Love the indoor pool. They have a slide which is popular and attracts many to enjoy it. There is a section for warm water pool and another for normal which is another reason I prefer this pool.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes …
