The Roofing Crew: Love this park

Bill Stevenson: Nestled amidst the charming city of Hamilton, Ontario, Eastmount Park stands as a serene oasis, captivating visitors with its picturesque beauty and tranquil ambiance. This verdant haven is a testament to nature's splendor, inviting all who enter to immerse themselves in its delights. As you step into Eastmount Park, you are greeted by a vibrant tapestry of lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and towering trees that sway gently in the breeze. The park's well-maintained paths wind through the landscape, leading you on a journey of exploration and discovery. The air is filled with the sweet scent of blossoms, and the sounds of chirping birds create a symphony that serenades you as you wander.Amidst the sprawling expanse, you'll find beautifully manicured lawns, perfect for spreading a picnic blanket and indulging in a leisurely feast with family and friends. The park's inviting benches, strategically placed in scenic spots, beckon you to sit back and soak in the breathtaking surroundings. For the more active souls, Eastmount Park offers a range of recreational facilities. Engage in a friendly game of tennis or basketball on the well-maintained courts, or challenge yourself on the fitness trail that winds through the park, inspiring you to embrace a healthy lifestyle. Children can frolic and laugh with glee in the playground area, where colorful swings, slides, and climbing frames promise endless hours of entertainment. But Eastmount Park is not just about recreation—it is also a sanctuary for wildlife. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the presence of numerous bird species that call the park home. Bring your binoculars and camera, for the park offers excellent opportunities for birdwatching and capturing breathtaking snapshots of nature in its purest form.Throughout the year, Eastmount Park hosts various community events and festivals, bringing people together in celebration and fostering a sense of togetherness. Whether it's a lively concert under the summer sky or a cozy winter gathering around a bonfire, the park radiates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a hub of community spirit. With its meticulously maintained surroundings, Eastmount Park offers a respite from the bustle of everyday life, providing solace and rejuvenation to all who seek it. Whether you are seeking a tranquil escape, an opportunity for outdoor recreation, or a place to connect with nature, this idyllic gem in Hamilton offers all that and more. Eastmount Park is a testament to the beauty of green spaces and a testament to the enduring bond between humanity and the natural world.

Jeanette Pattison: Great baseball program here. Play area and splash pad plus bathroom and concession during games is a bonus. Very clean.

Michael Dailous: Nice moderate to large sized playground and park. Nice grass field area and small splash pad.

Meaghan Edwards: Nice little park within walking distance. One of the places I take my dogs to. I hope this place continues to exist for years to come; I've heard rumblings of it being developed for housing and hope that doesn't happen. The school was torn down a few years ago, expanding the size of the park proper. Glad the housing development didn't come into fruition as we need green space.

Jordan R: , as well as great owners. For children, there is a nice playground that has a variety of equipment such as slides, monkey bars, stepping stones, a rocking vehicle, etc. There is also a swing-set with a toddler seat, child seats and regular seats.Beside that, there is a splash pad for the kids in the summer.Beside the park is a center where I believe they host various programs for children. The site also has 3 baseball diamonds, where there are league games in the summer. As well as a backstop for young children. They also have a snack bar open during the baseball games. There are several benches, large rocks and trees for landscaping and a paved path from East 26th to Upper Sherman recently installed. Therefore, Eastmount Park is a large park that has a variety of activities for children, dog owners, baseball/cricket players or people just wanting to relax in a nice environment.I only have one complaint. This is the fact that there isn't an enclosed dog park section that would allow for dogs to play and run free. There is plenty of space that could be used for this purpose.Playground: For children, there is a nice playground that has a variety of equipment such as slides, monkey bars, stepping stones, a rocking vehicle, etc. There is also a swing-set with a toddler seat, child seats and regular seats.Restrooms: There are indoor restrooms, yet I am not sure if they are always open to the public or only during baseball games, or only for the children doing the community center activities. There is a a port-a-potty available.Dog-friendliness: I have a dog, and he loves to stop by here on his walks. He is a service dog, and this area gives me plenty of area to do training. There are many other dogs that visit this park on a regular basis. It is a wonderful that my dog can socialize with a variety of other dogs.I have never encountered an issues with the other dogs. The dogs are all very friendly

Shannon Principato: Great park

JAM Sports Hamilton: what do users think?

Markus Arelieus: Great league! Fun with some competitiveness. Floor Hockey is the Jam!!

Javier: I have been part of this club since 2019, so far the experience has been great. Well organized leagues.

Joe DeClara: Been playing for a decade now, started as a single, found a permanent team. Great organization!

Megan Connolly: I haven't missed a season since 2009 and have made so many friends over the years! My team has played softball, soccer, floor hockey, and volleyball and always had a great time. The leagues are fun, welcoming of all skill levels, and have great support staff.

Megan Davies: My friends and I played soccer, volleyball, and floor hockey for many years in this league. We’ve always had a great experience, thanks for all the fun!

Alvin Zabella: Moving here from Toronto, there's not alot of sports here to choose from but they are trying to always improve the experience and expand. I've played here for 2 years and it's been great. It's coed so it's not super competitive which makes it inviting. They've pick great venues to play at. Highly recommend those who just want to get out, sweat a little and socialize after.

Ali DS: I'm so shocked there are no reviews yet!I, my fiance, my brother and one of my best friends all play on a team together in the HSSC and we couldn't have found a better league. We have tried out other sport leagues in the past but this is the best one we've been apart of. The other leagues don't care nearly as much as this one.We had some bad experiences with another league here in Hamilton and coming back to the HSCC was a huge relief.I think it's amazing how much this league cares to make sure that everyone is enjoying their season.Whether you're playing as an individual or looking to sign up as a team I highly recommend this league!!

Alexander Park: what do users think?

Jason Beckett: Great park, better splash pad.Big destination for little league baseball in Hamilton

Waqarun Nisa: Great place for kids in summer with swings and splash pad both.. My kids love it and we visit it ofen as it's at a 8-10 mins walk from our place. The only problem is that the restrooms are always locked and kids don't have a place to change after playing in the splash pad.

Carol Keays: Playground: There was a playground for the kids and a nice splash pad. I would go there again and recommend to others

Bobby Kerr Park: what do users think?

Danniel Kennedy: Our softball league usually has us playing here. For the most part, it's a good spot. I'm not sure about the park itself, but it does have two baseball diamonds and a soccer/football field. The grass is usually maintained, but not always.Restrooms: There are restrooms at this location.

mark oakes: Love Bobby Kerr Park!!

Nelson Park: what do users think?

Sheryll Johnson: Great family staycation spot. Lots of space on deck, on the grass and even a couple of oversized umbrellas. Get there early if you want shade. We usually bring a healthy snack and water, make a little picnic area. The renovations are new to me, I really like the fresh look. One of the best splash pads in the area. Supervised.Locker rooms were tidy, stocked but the floors!!!!😳 Do not take off your sandals.Overall, great experience. We will be back, when it reopens next spring. ❤️Playground: Very colourful and can be seen from the main pool. A pretty thing with moving buckets and sprays of water.Restrooms: Dirty floorsPicnic area: Grass and cement decks both. Bring chairs or throw down a blanket and a couple of pillows 😉

Don MacMullen: The pool and splash pad are like a resort for my daughter.. 5 min walk from home

Alf Tozzi: Great place for a family day outing.

itz nylahplayz: Playground: Very fun for kids

Daniel Lacher: Very well maintained, the pool area is great, the splash pad is also amazing for the kids. It's worth the fee.
