Ivan Andres Ramirez: I love this place for playing soccer. It's nice that there are indoor fields and outdoor fields. The view from outside on the pitch is amazing because you're looking up at the mountain in the middle of the forest. There is a bar on site that also serves food. My favourite thing about this place though is the staff. They're friendly and very helpful. My only constructive suggestion would be that the lounge and locker area is a bit dated so some renovations and a makeover would help refresh the atmosphere inside.

Aries Nucup: first time to be in Hamilton.. went here for the Eraserheads concert. It was a simple but organized arena for 7000 capacity. i will come back for another show if there is a chance

Pat K: There is so much to say about ALP, I don't know where to start. My son who is 13, plays competitive hockey as a goalie and has been going here for the last 3 years. We appreciate the whole body approach. The trainers are fantastic role models. The benefits that we have seen in our boy go far beyond his overall strength and conditioning. He has improved confidence, a better understanding of nutrition, hydration & sleep and how they affect his daily life. There is an overall education that has set him up for a healthy lifestyle. He absolutely loves going here. Its safe to say that out of all the sports and activities he does, this is by far his favorite. He has developed a love of fitness!
Stacy Turner: My husband has been a member for 5 years. Adam and the team helped him begin to get back in shape. They were instrumental in keeping him focused through Covid. Also helping him navigate through some physical, mental and life experiences. I would recommend this fantastic team. The gym is a welcoming environment and the team are always willing to assist and mentor during my workouts. The members are friendly and it’s a great place to workout.

Ridgeback Athletics: Very friendly staff👌! I had a question about one of the pieces of equipment they had and with out hesitation they invited me to come try it out with a free 7 day trial. I also contacted the owner Adam about the piece I was looking at and he responded quick with the information I needed. That is really appreciated! The facility they have is really nice and I would recommend you go try it out, can’t hurt!
Melissa Cummings: ALP training is amazing! I have worked with Adam over the past few months to develop a series of lunchtime talks as part of our employee wellness program. Adam generously volunteered his time to educate a variety of healthcare employees across multiple hospital locations over a three week period of time. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and healthy living in general and is very personable. Adam is very passionate and geninue about helping others become the healthiest version of themselves and spent hours revising and reworking his presentations to make them relevant and engaging for our staff. Thank you so much ALP Training for everything you do for the Hamilton community!
Josh: I rate ALP-TI a full 5 out of 5!! I've been to other gyms before and nothing even comes close to this one. From day 1 of walking in I felt comfortable and a part of something, it's a close knit community of judgement free awesome people!! The staff are amazing! They are always kind and they make you feel welcome! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I signed up for getting my workout program designed by the owner and it was 100% worth it, he has a vast knowledge of different exercises and workouts to do to get the results you want! He is always kind and encouraging! The facility is great, it has everything you need and you rarely ever have to wait to use anything! Definitely recommend joining this gym!
V P: Adam and Berry were both my trainers at another gym and they were unbelievably amazing! I highly recommend anyone to go to his new club. Adam and his wife Veronica is the sweetest!!!!!! I haven't seen them since they left the other club but it looks like the new club is doing great!!!

When I joined this one people were quick to help me even made friends the first 2 weeks being there and had the best experience since then. The people are fantastic the gym has everything you need. I highly recommend this place of you want a good workout environment where people aren't judging you.

However, with the great training I’ve received over the past two months I am confident going into next season knowing the my pain is gone. Cornell performance academy is a great place for anyone looking to build their body and improve overall performance in their specific sport. I am extremely thankful for finding this gym and looking forward to further training and development.

I had a whole host of lifelong injuries that I have been using as an excuse not train.My work is physically demanding so I was getting to the point where I was putting myself at risk by not being in shape.I found CPA and new instantly that this was the place to help me get my health back. Not only did the gym offer everything I needed for rehab + strength and conditioning, but Michael even put me in touch with an amazing physiotherapist.Having the Sled, assault bike, battle ropes, turf, and all the other gym essentials, this place really has it all.Needless to say, my whole life has changed since coming here. Couldn’t be happier.

It's a massive place with heaps of equipment and you can always find a squat rack. Raquel and Michael are also super chill and friendly. So grateful to have this in our community!

It’s also HUGE and has so many machines and weights! The personal training is also TOP NOTCH! They are genuinely concerned about your goals! You won’t want to go to another gym ever again!!!! Our 11 year old even gets to train with a CFL player!

The Hangout: . Michael is patient and makes the work fun. Raquel is lovely and makes you feel like you are part of a family. It is the chillest gym I have ever been in, and I have transitioned from the couch to 5 days a week workouts pretty seamlessly. I cannot give this place enough stars!

fit Dude: I have been going to gyms for well over 30 years and I love this place. It's got a great atmosphere. People are friendly and it's full of the most welcoming and positive energy. Mike and Raquel are a wealth of knowledge around all aspects of physical fitness and wellness. No matter what your fitness level is you'll feel comfortable here. There's not shortage of great equipment and it beats mainstream gyms like Goodlife or Fit4Less. It's personalised and not over crowed. I never have to line up to use a treadmill or piece of equipment. Hopefully that never changes as this really is one of the best kept secrets of downtown Hamilton. I completely LOVE it and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
