Diane Mathieson: It' s always hard finding the right fabric for a project and even more so doing it online, but this store made it so much easier. Their site is so user friendly, and easy to navigate. They had an amazing selection of colours and textures. I found a beautiful piece of fabric, and they delivered it very fast. I will definitely shop on their site again!

Kai Montgomery: . Fortunately, they were so knowledgable and patient at European Textiles Fashion and they helped me decide on a fabric and the amount I would need. But they didn't have enough in store!They said they would order some in and call once they received it. Luckily within a week they got the fabric in!They also helped me choose and measure out fabric for two veils: finger-tip and cathedral length.This store is amazing and I love my wedding dress. It turned out perfectly and I am so grateful for their help in the designing process.

Karen H: I needed to cover my dining room chairs and went to European textiles for fabric. On entering the store I was impressed about how clean and organized it was. I was greeted and directed to fabrics suitable for my project. I bought a small piece of the recommended fabric to try at home.It was perfect. On returning the same gentleman helped me make a decision on a coordinating fabric. The chairs are done and I'm so happy with the result! I would highly recommend this store on Ottawa street.

At the home decor store, Aliki was super-helpful without being pushy, and helped us find exactly what I needed for cushions and chair covers. Then I visited the quilting store and encountered the same helpful, friendly staff. Great stores, great selection, friendly service. Oh how I wish they were in Ottawa instead of on Ottawa Street!

Diana Kato: I attended a basic serger class last night and it was so great! I learned So much and feel so much more confident to have fun with my serger now! The instructor Liz was so patient to go step by step through all you might need to know to not be afraid of your serger. The small class of 5 was nice to be able to ask questions. Liz also went ‘overtime’ with some extra fun tips❤️This was my first time at the store and I will be definitely coming back to shop and attend classes! Thank you for a great class

Hedia B: a lady walked up to the entrance to let me in and said "we have no power but we are open".I didn't know what fabric I wanted to buy and Diane walked me to different areas of the shop, showing me many different options. She was being super honest as she was doing this and no intention to push for a sale. She explained different fabrics to me and why some were not a great choice for what I needed. She also said "for your first sewing project, don't buy an expensive fabric". She is amazing and I'll definitely go back. The shop has a great selection of fabric and great prices. Thank you Diane✨

And will often recommend better options if what I am looking at will not work out for a particular project. They dont push things on you like other shops. And just make you feel great! Fabricland is an incredible resource for home sewers, costumers/cosplayers, fashion students, quilters, event planners, home decor enthusiasts, and crafters of all kinds. Also, several sections of premade items for home decor. Notions of all types are available as well as tools for sewing and crafting. Like to sew? Consider buying yourself a good pair of Soft-cut scissors, you won't regret it. I recommend joining their Fabricland Members sewer's club for extra discounts.
