I didn’t feel like I could make it home the way it was so I googled the closest dodge dealership. I was only a few km away so I made my way there. The service team greeted my frazzled self and immediately checked the truck to see what was wrong. Right away the service manager saw that one of the tire bolts was sheered off and another bolt was loose. I would have lost my tire on the highway had I not stopped. We had our summer tires put on by our local dodge dealership less than 2 weeks ago.The team at Taylor were able to problem solve and get the parts I needed for repair.This was a major lesson for me to trust the voice in my head. Joe Barber: The service department was 5 stars. They received my car right away, kept me updated with video and text messages throughout the service which really put me at ease and showed they care. My only issue was with the parts girl after the service was done. I wanted to purchase 2 Audi license plate covers at $94 a pop. I patiently waited for 3-4 minutes for her to acknowledge me, even just look up at me. Instead she just kept texting and didn't say a word to me or look at me. I just walked away with a poor taste in my mouth.

Jim Halliday: This was my first time choosing a Toyota vehicle. Our salesman was friendly and honest. The lady that covers the financing and warranties and such I was completely honest with us when we asked her if we needed certain things or didn’t need certain things. No pushy sales people the show room was spotless and there’s coffee tea water or whatever you want to drink while you’re waiting. They offer a hybrid Toyota corolla all-wheel-drive for extremely good price compared to other hybrids on the market. The only downfall of the entire process was that I waited 10 months to get my vehicle. But from what I know that’s basically anywhere at the moment. I would recommend red Hill Toyota to anybody looking for a new vehicle

Sadaf broke down the process of purchasing a vehicle which was what I had hoped to do. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle and upon falling in love with it, was able to do the paperwork to purchase it. Graham W: . Parts guy was quite helpful. Took the VIN for the truck and said it wasn’t in but could be shipped in overnight. Not their fault but $46 is a bit steep for a piece of ABS that was probably blow-formed offshore. I’ll think about it first!Clean place, tho.

He even called the day after our visit to let us know a vehicle had arrived that was closer to what we were looking for. With delays of shipments and the necessity of a vehicle being imminent, we did purchase another as we found an AWD at another dealer. From the beginning with the appointment to the completion of the work, it was very smooth and on time. They have friendly staffs working at the service desk. It is a big place with lots of Ford models. I am satisfied with their service and I would definitely recommend this place.
