I was impressed by the technician's professionalism and knowledge. He thoroughly checked all the mechanics of the hot tub and determined that the issue was the need for a more regular filter cleaning. He also recommended a product that would clean the jet tubes. After following his advice, my hot tub is working like new. I was pleased with the service and the helpful answers to all my questions.

Luke Broomer: Best service I have ever had, from start to finish. My initial "request information" form was replied to promptly and in detail by Matt. This led to an in-store visit, where a differnt Matt was very informative and never pushy. Beachcomber in name, but they sell several brands so it was good to get the pros and cons of each one. A delay in our pool install pushed our delivery date for the hot tub back, but I was never rushed by the store. Delivery crew was fast, polite, and informative. The cover lifter I had ordered ended up not being right for our space, and I was able to exchange for a different one no problem. James, the technician who installed the lifter was the same as everyone else - fast, informative, and friendly.

Calvin Penn: The service that we received from Matt Sheppard was above and beyond! We purchased a Trevi Harmony pool from him at the beginning of the summer and he personally ensured that everything was delivered as promised. Because we were located in Markham which was too far from his location, we needed to find separate installers for our pool, which was difficult because everyone was fully booked. Matt helped to try to find someone for us and even tried to make sure that we were getting good pricing. In the end, we found our own installers and Matt patiently explained all the specs and installation instructions to each one of them to ensure that they understood what was needed to do a quality job.We paid Matt once the pool was shipped but then realized afterwards that the factory had sent all the wrong parts. He wasted no time in getting it replaced and treated it with high urgency making all the follow calls himself, even though he had already received the full payment. He gave his full attention to resolve any issue that arose. Even after our pool was completed, we asked him for advice on additional pool accessories that he did not sell, but he searched and identified a supplier for us to call, along with the part numbers.Throughout the whole process, Matt was always patient, polite, responsive and honest. We’ve already recommended him to several family and friends, and will continue to do so!

They responded quickly to all emails, and on the ball to remove, and replace it with the exact same tub, which is working well. If it had to happen, this company was great to deal with.
