Trevor Rankin: I have gone here various times I've moved away since. I'm here on vacation so I decided to visit twice. I'd like to note there's a new person working here and they weren't very easy to speak to and almost didn't accept my proof of vaccination kept saying I needed am ontario one even after explaining I'm not from here anymore they eventually said they'd "let it slide this time" but next time they're on shift they will expect me to have an ontario one... what am I suppose to do over vaccinate? So I explained once again that I'm from out of province and this is what I am given they clearly need to be trained on identifying all vaccine cards. If I had been denied entry I would have never returned

Keith McArthur: Visited on a Friday from 11am until about 2pm. I was surprised at how busy it was. At least 10 guys when I showed up and probably close to 20 or so when I left. Years ago I remember it being kind of dumpy, dirty, and dead. It’s been cleaned up and renovated. Had a great visit, thank you.

My years of loyalty should convey to all that this spa is exceptional as I am very fussy about my manicures and pedicures. Once I find an aesthetic service that ticks off all the boxes - cleanliness, skill, service and ambiance, there is absolutely no need to try another. In 30 years, I can think of only one dissatisfaction. It was with a pedicure - I contacted Barb, the owner, who asked me to come right back in, and she, herself, redid two of my toes. I have recommended this spa without hesitation to my friends.

Make sure to point out where you need more focus and they'll definitely get all the knots out! Felecia also gives out tons of helpful tips and tricks.The spa is super clean and tidy, the music is very relaxing and the staff are so kind. You need to make this your final destination for a perfect spa day.

The gentle man on the phone was so helpful, and even asked one of the ladies to come in early so I could get my services done. It has been such a hectic week, and the exceptional service I received before even arriving was amazing. The spa itself is so relaxing. Such a calming atmosphere. I had a full body aromatherapy massage and a deluxe pedicure. Will be returning again.

carter setterlund: Leanne is very friendly & welcoming to new clients. I was searching for a salon that used seaweed bio gel - that’s how I found her. I was very pleasantly surprised as she charged the same price that other salons are charging for bio gel nails using an inferior bio gel that chips easily & is brutal to the health of your nails. Leanne uses superior products AND never uses the same Emory board or buffer - in fact, she gives you the ones that she uses on your nails. The spa is clean & quiet which is exactly what you want in a spa. I’m looking forward to having a massage soon! Leanne’s spa is a little gem!🚨Update 🚨 I had my first massage treatment and am super impressed. Maria is knowledgeable and I felt awesome after my treatment.
