S P: I went to this store over the past weekend to pick up a pair of shoes. The place was packed and there were 2 people working. I was so impressed the way they handled all the customers. The man who looked after me was very nice and even took the time to explain the differences between the two different pairs I was looking at.I would highly recommend this store as it has a wide variety of shoes and apparel complimented with good customer service

wesolomj: Edit - Original post was 1 star due to reason below, but after posting the review, I was contacted by Head Office and they were able to find the gloves for me.Original post:Will not return, and I advise others to be cautious. I went in about 3 weeks ago looking for batting gloves. They did not have my size, but recommended I purchase them online in-store, and they would be delivered to the store, which would save me $8 in shipping to my house. Fine, sounds good. Received an email later that week saying they had arrived. Went to the store the next day, and they had no record of me or my item - please come back on Monday and speak to the manager. Fine, sounds good. I call on Monday, still have no record of me, and they tell me based on my email, it was not delivered to the store, but to their PO box. They'll call me back. Surprisingly, they never called back. I called repeatedly, and nobody returned my calls. I showed up again today, and they tell me they still have no record of it, but it's probably at the post office in Carlisle, good luck. I asked if they could get it for me, and the answer was no, good luck. I will not be returning, and will happily tell my baseball team, and anyone else in my league that Sport Chek should be avoided.
