pugmodogmo: Allstate agent Erich Rother looked after me when I walked into the Upper James office at 4.30......he was very thorough and knowledgeable and reaffirmed my feelings about Allstate......he reminds me of Louis Tsai who was a fabulous agent back in the 80's who convinced me to change to Allstate back then.....I see in this young man the same traits which brought me to the company back then......Allstate is very lucky to have this guy as I was getting very disheartened with the service from another location......after all is said and done, it's always about the people and Erich is 5 stars in my humble opinion.

Initially I was told by the car dealer the delivery date of my new car should be around 08/10 and Eric created the policy for me very quickly. Later on the delivery date was postponed by the dealer and Eric re-created my policy again to accommodate the change. I'm very happy about the service. Kudos to Eric!

Kelly Business: I have used Julia Ross for my insurance needs over 20 years now. I stayed with them when they were known as State Farm Insurance even though they were more expensive than anyone else. This is because the people who work there treat you like you are someone, not a number. They actually care about you and your needs and will do everything they can to accomplish this. There was a day when I was invited to come in and go over my insurance to ensure that I had exactly what I needed. Julia spent an hour with me, past her home time, so that I understood everything and was able to make an informed decision on my insurance policy.
