Remy Pravato: It's an older facility but very well maintained, the pool is smaller/shallower than most. The change rooms are large with plenty of showers and washrooms, there are only male and female change rooms at this facility. The staff are really friendly and helpful, overall it's a very good facility.

S Q: My daughter has her swim classes here on Saturdays. She is the youngest little one in her class and really can’t do much as she’s 5 months but the instructor is lovely. We’ve dunked my baby girl in the water a few times and she’s definitely comfortable in there! Clean change rooms / friendly staff.

Jeremy Jakob: Several change cubicles in the universal change room are quite spacious and great for families. The lack of multiple air dryers in the universal like the gendered washrooms is unfortunate. The lockers operate on coins and can't use your own locks.

Jere: Staff was great. Tried to go to family badminton but there were too many adult singles and pairs there. All the kids were sitting on the sideline while the adults played. So much for family badminton. Apparently there's an adult slot after this so people would come to the family time slot to play two slots in a row. I would not recommend this place for family badminton. Staff was sympathetic. I guess their hands are kind of tied.

Aaron McBurney: My daughter has taken all of her swimming lessons here. The staff are super friendly and the selection of pools is awesome.There is a very shallow section where those who can't swim or are still learning can hang out, and it's connected to a deeper pool where the water slide exits into. The water in both of these sections is perfectly warm. Almost like being in a bathtub that has just started to cool off.There's an entirely other pool which has a shallow end and a deep end. This is your typical swimming pool. The deep end is roped off. The water temperature here is like your typical swimming pool water.My daughter doesn't like swimming anywhere else. Will keep coming back!

veronica berseth: Sackville, is a bubbling venue for so many different classes. Check out cityofhamilton website; registered class option, stating in box, age 55+. Their summer session runs from July 4th into first week's of September. Not sure is a yearly $30 membership is still required, give them a call. Classes are only around $22-? range. So reasonable. How wonderful, many a thank you to the family, who built this building. A tribute plaque, is on the wall, hive it a honorary read, and reflection; as you enter the building. Bless them, for honoring us, contributing this building, to hold classes for us seniors, to get together to have fun laugh and play together. I joined, country line dancing. They have art, guitar, piano, ukulele many exercise classes and, "drop in", euchre schedules as well. There is a huge gymnasium, where, they have held Christmas venues, celebrations, this room is also used for volleyball and other large classes. Have fun, sign up, meet new friends. Reception is very helpful and super friendly.

L: Best pool, but the Change rooms need fixing. The locks don't line up with the door, lockers with none working locks. The water is warm and lots of showers. Watch out for the completely naked strangers showering, ugh...especially if you have young children.Been to the rec centers at Westmount, Hill Park, Laurier, Stoney Creek and this is the best pool.The water is clean and warm. The staff are friendly.ALEX, she is fantastic swim instructor !!

B Bilal: This center is definitely recommended for new comers and immigrants in particular and for everyone in general. They provide many subsidized services to low income families. Every week there is a dental bus that stops by the centre to provide free dental treatment to rhe people. You can check bus schedule by visiting city website.ESL classes, swimming and some other activities are the core value of the community centre.You can even rent out a room or hall for your activities. Usually, the centre is crowded with the visitors. There is also a play area for kids. The location is perfect.
bonnie adams: Been going swimming since it opened from last lockdown. The family/accessible change room is nice and roomy can fit wheelchair in change area. The only issue I hear is water in shower is cold But the lifeguard wil turn them on to warm it up for us. David is very friendly and the gals love him. The receptionist is polite and friendly..Oh and the water is nice in the pool. Just wish it was deeper.
