NORA DREWETT: I was on my 3rd pool pump motor within 4 years. This last one was brand new last year. Brought it in for the winter. Ran fine until yesterday when the soothing hum became a a grindy whine. Brought the pump to these guys. Within 24 hours I had it back, reinstalled and doing its job. They replaced the bearing and seal for $145 + tax. As long as we keep our pool these are my new friends!

Venton Buk: Our vacuum pump was very noisy and no vacuum, these guys did an excellent repair of it. It took about 2 weeks to reinstall and run the pump again. This is the shop to bring your pump if needs repair with a very friendly staff.

Kim Addison: This is for a visit in June 2023. Mike sent someone over lickety split - even though they were booked solid - to fix something simple that could have turned out to be a complete nightmare, and I was highly anxious about the nightmare part of what it could have been, worst case scenario. All that needed replacing were these two fittings rather than an extensive excavation that would've been thousands. Thanks Mike, I definitely dodged a bullet!
Gord Baker: Murfin Pumps have been my Go-To place for over 35 years. Decades ago they quickly rebuilt an ancient Jet Pump for me and eventually I asked them for a Submersible Pump with higher pressure and new Pressure Tank to be installed. It was quickly and efficiently done. Recently I experienced a Pressure drop and Jim provided a new Pressure Switch and helpful recommendations for me to install it. There was a tightly packed area of debris in the inlet passage of the old one.I recommend Murfin Pumps to everyone who asks.

Big Serb: I’ve been shopping at Emco for a few years now and I’d like to explain the reason why I go here rather then a big box store is simple customer service, now I know people think they may get a better price going elsewhere but I’m sorry I would rather not spend an hour in a return line when my time is more valuable then the few dollars I’m saving somewhere else.The level of customer service you get here is beyond the initial purchase these people go out of there way to help you even after the sale and that’s something that we use to experience all the time back in the day but unfortunately very few businesses have kept that quality. Nedder Rad: I went to a big box store to pick up a check valve and ABS pipe for a sump pump that I had purchased. After going back 3 times because I couldn't get anything to fit the check valve, I passed by EMCO on Kenilworth and went in. They showed me the issue and put most of it together for me and explained how everything worked as this was my first sump pump. They even cut a length of 8'ft ABS for me so it fit into my car. They were a big help. Their pricing is comparable to the big box stores, but the service and advice is excellent. I will go back whenever I need plumbing supplies and help as to how to complete a job properly.
