Big Serb: I’ve been shopping at Emco for a few years now and I’d like to explain the reason why I go here rather then a big box store is simple customer service, now I know people think they may get a better price going elsewhere but I’m sorry I would rather not spend an hour in a return line when my time is more valuable then the few dollars I’m saving somewhere else.The level of customer service you get here is beyond the initial purchase these people go out of there way to help you even after the sale and that’s something that we use to experience all the time back in the day but unfortunately very few businesses have kept that quality. I needed a simple part replacement on my sink and it was as simple as a quick phone call to Steve and he made sure I had the part I needed promptly. Steve thanks again you guys made it a very easy 5 star review.

Derek Hebb: Customer since 2008. Joe and Roy have been very helpful, most recently, obtaining a hard-to-find replacement part for one of our bathroom fixtures.
Paul Francis: I went to the plumbing centre to get a cartridge for my leaking shower. Joe Chohan asked me what the problem was and looked at the cartridge. He knew it was the seat washer and not the cartridge which was the problem. Sold me the right part and 10 minutes after getting home the shower worked perfectly.
John Ec: Plumbing Center is a great store for both basic plumbing supplies, high end plumbing fixtures and free advice. This is a family run store that's been around forever and is always busy. People that know, come here to shop, not the nearby big box stores. Ignore the negative reviews, have patience and a sense of humor.

Installing a new three-piece bathroom. They had everything I needed in stock. When they don't,they are willing to try to help figure out how you can do it differently, but have the same outcome.

Nedder Rad: I went to a big box store to pick up a check valve and ABS pipe for a sump pump that I had purchased. After going back 3 times because I couldn't get anything to fit the check valve, I passed by EMCO on Kenilworth and went in. They showed me the issue and put most of it together for me and explained how everything worked as this was my first sump pump. They even cut a length of 8'ft ABS for me so it fit into my car. They were a big help. Their pricing is comparable to the big box stores, but the service and advice is excellent. I will go back whenever I need plumbing supplies and help as to how to complete a job properly.
