She was so pleasant and helped me get my issue resolved. In addition, she also suggested a different member package that was more suited to my needs. This actually gave me a reduction in my monthly fee. Excellent customer service with a personal touch!

Bodiak: I’ve banked with HMECU since 2012 and would never go back to a big bank. Credit Unions are by far superior. Low monthly fees. Caring staff- really feels like they are there for you. You can also access your money from any other Credit Union bank machine.

Lineups may be slow moving at times, but never have any problems.Those who complained about ATM doors being locked in evening's, need to realize that due to homeless/addiction running rampant, there had been numerous times that paraphernalia found, people sleeping between doors, and also attempted robberies.Hence why security when is open, and why doors are locked at night.

Chris S: I really do appreciate that this is the only ATM left open 24/7 downtown. One seemingly doesn't even need a card-reader. And. There were seemingly no fees from it and from them, when I even had used a credit card to make a withdrawal! It's things like this. And. Little things like this. That make me want to sign-up for all sorts of their products. I had to drive all over yonder at that hour elsewhere to advertised-as-24-hour places but never were. There are also few drive-thru ATM's around. For night-shift workers this is unparalleled. I don't understand the paranoia, myself. They have cameras. And the benefits far outweigh any overdrawn "risks". We've all lived here, no? Everybody knows what is going on. It doesn't need to be controversial to access our own money. This credit-union is clean. And I wish them nothing but the best. If I hadn't shopped around so much lately, and gone with some "technical financial" banks, I would have went here! I still want to! Bye-bye Tangerine, methinks. I wonder if BCU also has a Visa Debit. That is the only thing keeping me at crummy Tangerine. That, and a somewhat-well-performing, but strict, robotically advised trading platform. Three cheers and keep up the excellent work. Your rates don't look half bad, either. Everybody should go here for banking.
