Chris S: I really do appreciate that this is the only ATM left open 24/7 downtown. One seemingly doesn't even need a card-reader. And. There were seemingly no fees from it and from them, when I even had used a credit card to make a withdrawal! It's things like this. And. Little things like this. That make me want to sign-up for all sorts of their products. I had to drive all over yonder at that hour elsewhere to advertised-as-24-hour places but never were. There are also few drive-thru ATM's around. For night-shift workers this is unparalleled. I don't understand the paranoia, myself. They have cameras. And the benefits far outweigh any overdrawn "risks". We've all lived here, no? Everybody knows what is going on. It doesn't need to be controversial to access our own money. This credit-union is clean. And I wish them nothing but the best. If I hadn't shopped around so much lately, and gone with some "technical financial" banks, I would have went here! I still want to! Bye-bye Tangerine, methinks. I wonder if BCU also has a Visa Debit. That is the only thing keeping me at crummy Tangerine. That, and a somewhat-well-performing, but strict, robotically advised trading platform. Three cheers and keep up the excellent work. Your rates don't look half bad, either. Everybody should go here for banking.

He gave me his professional opinion on the options I had and I am super thankful for listening to what he suggested. Customer service was over the top. Andrew Gauldie: Hi I've always found the tellers extremely helpful and dedicated to the safety and well being of the customers.I've been with them since long before they moved to James Street North. Love the new location due to the fact it is closer to my house. The only issue I have is with the online banking side of things. Now more than ever it is important to be able to send and receive transfers and just be able to check my balance however I continue to have issues signing in, transfering funds or receiving money from family members ect. Currently I am unable to even sign into my personal account coupled with the new closing time of 2pm makes it very frustrating to be able to get things done.

Lineups may be slow moving at times, but never have any problems.Those who complained about ATM doors being locked in evening's, need to realize that due to homeless/addiction running rampant, there had been numerous times that paraphernalia found, people sleeping between doors, and also attempted robberies.Hence why security when is open, and why doors are locked at night.
At four O thirty three: Very helpful staff at this location. Never had a problem with them. A customer service representative helped resolve an issue I washaving with my online banking and guided me through it.. Now I do my banking using a cibc app instead of using Chrome. .Thank you Riddhi for your assistance.

Tina Cowper: Christina Wall is amazing! I would recommend her for all your mortgage needs. We were treated as people not numbers, she goes above and beyond for her customers. She will go the distance for you. I would have been a lost nervous wreck through the whole thing without her updating me.

I was really starting to lose faith in CIBC with how disorganized some of their departments were and I ended up moving my business out of CIBC and into Scotiabank because of it. I had the pleasure of working with Tina on an estate matter and I have been blown away by how she keeps on-top of everything. Not the kind of experience I was expecting to receive from CIBC so I am pleasantly surprised.

Steve Roberts: Had a first time meeting with my premier relationship manager, Anna, everything I needed to know was answered in a friendly ,professional manner. She showed a lot of patience with my ill informed questions! Had dealings with other staff members also, all good. I left a lot better informed than when I entered, a pleasant experience, unlike some other banks locally. Unfortunately only one branch in Hamilton, downtown, but that's not their fault.
Margaret Barsi: All covid rules were followed. We needed help to transfer funds from HSBC Canada to HSBC UK, plus handling a UK Power of Attorney between my husband in Canada and his sister in the UK. Nicolina Gualtieri handled all for us, she was patient, explained everything well and completed quite quickly. We appreciated and rather enjoyed our experience with this branch.
