Martina B: I went in this morning 12.07.2022 to pick up a pair of shoes that no one was able to receive at my house. So, they sent it to this location. This is my second time in a couple months dropping in at this post office in particular.The first time ,there was a super sweet and happy woman who was everything customer service needed now a days. Then I came in this morning ,she was there again and listening to her interact with customers was wonderful. She was so darn pleasant. I got served by a young gentleman and he was so very sweet and also super pleasant. I can appreciate a simple smile ,as I work in retail and have to deal with the public as well. Thank you to the two employees that were so kind and sweet this morning because my day did not start off well.

Very helpful and never grudgingly so.Customer service at its finest.For the most part this is a good Post Office location, but some clerks are not as willing to help with online forms etc.as others.

Paul Deschamps (KillaSkill): I've NEVER once had bad customer service at this Canada Post location. The negative reviews are for the Shoppers drug mart it seems mistakenly written here.I ship a lot through this branch and they're always great and serve you well.The one review, buddy got his phone stolen because the mail carrier was stupid, not the stores fault, hero. Even the carrier's on my route are awesome but that has nothing to do with this post office branch.

Mike: I’ve only ever had positive experiences with Canada Post at Rosedale. Today I had the pleasure of talking to Wendy, who was both attentive and informative. And friendly! Thanks Wendy.
Salty Parabolist: They were open on Family Day when most offices were closed. As such they were very busy but still dealt with every customer in line in a friendly and efficient way. Assuming this is representative of their everyday service, I'd definitely recommend them.
