Dundas Valley School of Art: what do users think?

Steve Sharpe: Recently took a watercolour course. The course and instructor were both very good. learned alot and had fun.

Ahmed Tarek Elsayed: One of the most amazing places for both adults and kids. My child is really enjoying her time there in the first art class with Sandy. I too enjoy my time there to be honest 🎨🎨😍😍

Emilia Smith: . Photos are of pieces I've made :

Laura Wagner: The facilities and classes are fantastic. Most of the Instructors are knowledgeable and engaging.A great place to go to get together with a community of artists from all levels. As a beginner, I never felt out of place or unwelcome.

Shelby Broughton: Really enjoyed it there

Michael Webber: I did the glass blowing with Paull Rodriguez and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I watched Blown Away and wanted to try it and I was able to learn how to do it and make some cool pieces. Loves it and will do it again soon. Thank you so much Paul and Rob that was great

George Olds: Juried student art show is on until the end of May. One of my pieces was accepted.

Chris Honcoop: Well layed out easy to maneuver around

Emily Donovan: Great staff. Lovely building. Creative space. Pricey.

Krysia Steinberg: The one-day stained glass course making a bird was excellent. The instructor provided all the materials and was quite knowledgeable. These was a selection of bird patterns and stained glasd to choose from. Once our projects were complete, we were able to take them home.

Lesley Verspaget: My kids and I have all enjoyed classes here. Your experience can depend a lot on the instructor you get but in general it's a really fun place. The kids loved the cartooning class and I have enjoyed both drawing and painting classes. Many of the students seem to be quite accomplished artists and its as much fun to watch the other students as it is to work with the instructors. I would be inclined to take more classes if they provided a little more actual instruction in technique but never-the-less I would definitely recommend you try a class as it's most enjoyable. For myself, I am now a student of studio art and art history at the University of Guelph. Learning a great deal more effectively.

Melanie Maccarrone: Positive:ProfessionalismMy two boys love going to summer camp and March break at this school! Very fun, professional, inviting, well organized & respectable Art School! Highly recommended for kids that want to express them selves in a creative way.

Paul Richard James Atelier: what do users think?

Peggy KING-GEROMETTE: Paul is an astute, knowledgeable, patient teacher who gives every student his personal attention. If classical, Old Masters style is what you want, I cannot believe you would find a better place to learn.

M. Filice: Oil painting in the tradition of old masterse like Da Vinci and Caravaggio has made an historical comeback, thanks to teachers like Paul and the other academic schools of John Angel Atelier.

When you are around children they bring the child within you out to play. They were very attentive and playful while acting like we had ants in our pants, toads in our pockets, aliens, superheroes, human bumper cars and many more crazy interactive laughter exercises.Kaime makes sure all the children are involved and up to the many activities she inspires during her day camp.Lots of smiling faces and laughter fills the room. A happy place to meet new friends and be imaginative and creative.Kathryn Kimmins

Elizabeth Wojtowicz: After going there for 4 years I can say proudly that AiDA is truly a amazing and magical place. I have made so many great friendships and memories there .We go outside a lot and go on many hikes . We play games and spread joy. Some of my favourite games I’ve played in my life are from AiDA . Cheryl-Ann Hills, Artist: what do users think?

Jess Biggs: Cheryl-Ann is a great art teacher! I take her online classes and everything is really in detail and it’s easy to follow along.

Daphne Pretty: Cheryl-Ann is amazing! I had a complex design I needed for some wearables and she did a fantastic job! My customer had a clear idea what she wanted. Cheryl-Ann worked on the design until she created exactly what the customer wanted! I had a lot compliments from the work place. Cheryl-Ann gets back to you very quickly and her work is excellent! I highly recommend Cheryl-Ann for all your graphic design projects.

James VanderBerg: needed to recreate all its promotional materials, we approached Cheryl-Ann Hills. It's been amazing to work with her, and our Annual Report and program brochures look incredible! She communicates both clearly and consistently, and the end result had a look that was both professional and captured the feel of our community centre. It was a great experience all the way around!

Rob Knight: I have been working with Cheryl-Anne for a while now and have been very pleased. She responds quickly to requests and has consistently delivered projects on time. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality graphic design services.

Cathy Hendrickson: Cheryl always does an amazing job for us! She is creative and quick to get artwork back to us right away! We are always very pleased with the work she provides to us!

Debbie Dunne: Wow just purchased one of Cheryl's reusable bags with her beautiful art on it. This sturdy natural canvas bag with roped handles is beautiful on its own but when you marry it up with Cheryl's beautiful art it just makes it that much nicer. Think Christmas gifts. #supportlocalartists #lovelocal #giftgivingidea

Hamilton Academy of Performing Arts - Independent Day School: what do users think?

Karen Sheahan: Hamilton Academy of Performing Arts is a little gem of a school. Our daughter struggled in regular school, she was barely passing her subjects, even with an IEP she still struggled. This is our second year at HAPA and my daughter is now achieving an A average and now she can finish most of her work at school. The knowledge she comes home with, the incredible experiments and activities... she is actually learnings! Our daughter has a ton of energy and is happy when being picked up having enjoyed school every day! The older girls mentor the younger students, they have mutual respect for each other and could not be happier that she is loved and accepted by everyone. There is no stress now having left the public system, my daughter's individual needs are being met. The small classroom sizes help our daughter remain engage, she learns at her level and pace. The tuition is a sacrifice we are making for our daughter's future. She was dancing at a high level and is supported by the dance program. The ballet program is both exceptional and safe for dancers as they work with dancers with goals of longevity of their dance career by preventing injury. They put the dancers needs first, they are very knowledgeable and respected professionals in the industry. If you are considering this school, don't let the size affect your decision. This is an amazing school where everyone is nutured and cared for. You will not be disappointed by investing in your child's future and happiness.

Kevin Lima: My daughter goes here and I couldn't be happier. The small class sizes and attention given to academics and dance is amazing. All the teachers are so caring and want the best for their students. The ballet is superb as can be seen in their performance in the annual Nutcracker. The students also excel at singing and acting. My daughter's confidence has increased tenfold since joining the school two years ago.

Patti Cannon: My granddaughter attends the school and wants to be a professional Ballet Dancer. She has excelled under the training of Max Ratevosian, Ballet Master and former Principal Dancer and choreographer for Moscow State Ballet Theatre. Not only do the students receive professional dance training, have the opportunity to dance on the professional stage to a live orchestra but they also excel at their academic programs.

Luda P: The school strives for and achieves the best!

Janice Wilson: The choreography for the performances of Swan Lake and The Nutcracker was unparalleled.

Creations Art Gallery & Framing: what do users think?

Jackie Moore: Really nice paintings.

Stuart Small: Many thanks for the effort and professionalism over the plaking of my cherished Santorini travel posters! Despite the extensive framing options at the gallery, I sincerely appreciated this option which suited my art best. We will return!

Ian R: . In addition install UV proof approved acrylic.I also had another signed photo with a cheap frame. Dan offered to reframe it, exactly duplicating the frame and matte of the first. First class conservator quality work that has drawn positive comments from viewers over the last year.Dan is very knowledgeable and personable. The gallery also exhibits an exceptional collection of Canadian art.I commend his services highly to any discriminating collector.

Kimberly Dvorak: I recently purchased our first piece of artwork from Dan at Creations Art Gallery- I absolutly love my Maya Eventov piece! I made this purchase with Dan -totally sight unseen- with his expertise/guidance in helping me select the piece and visualizing it in my home! from selection/framing/shipping Fantastic experience all around! KIM

Ken Brisbois: Restored a very old painting. Great job, fair price and Dan was a pleasure to deal with. Very nice experience.

AandT F: Your work is amazing... Thank you so much for taking great care of us and for sorting out my Christmas emergency...I bought a picture from a different gallery as a present but just before Christmas they messed it up and couldn't fix it in time for holiday gift giving.

Michelle LaHaise: From the very moment I walked in the door to inquire about framing, it was obvious that exceptional service was of ultimate importance among their staff. Dan helped me select the perfect matting, framing and glass for my photograph print. It was a gift and with only one week before Christmas, I wasn't sure he could complete it in time. However, he did not disappoint, and the end result was even far more beautiful than I could have imagined. I would definitely trust my other fine art pieces in need of framing to Creations Art Gallery & Framing.

Don and Deb Ellis: We have been dealing with Dan for a while . We have purchased prints from him and have had several things framed by him. We recently took a small painting we had bought for advice from Dan. He helped us choose a nice frame and mat for it.He said it would be completed in two to three weeks. He called in a week to say it was ready to pick up. The painting looked beautiful. He did a wonderful job. He is always very friendly and accomodating. He has a beautiful gallery to look at. He gives different options and ideas and is reasonably priced.

Barry Dowd: Fast, friendly, and professional service framing an oil painting. Looks great 👍

Mark Hamilton: We fell in love with Maya Eventov at a local art dealer in southern california. Unfortunately the piece was not the right size for our room. We looked everywhere online and found Creations. Also found the "perfect" art piece. Dan Faulkner took photos of it and used a program to give us a virtual way to see how it would look in our room. We purchased at very fair price. He kept us informed all the way to delivery at our door. It was securely packed and now we sit in our living room and get lost staring at Maya's art. Thank you Creations!

Jennifer Jenkins-Scott: in the gallery's windows for me to contemplate, while we discuss the artists

David Park: I recently bought a Tom Thomson from Creations Gallery as a gift and was really happy with their responsiveness to emails and the speed and quality of their service. The painting came in a week and it looks great. Special thanks to Dan, who was great in his communication with me.

Simon Kissonergis: My wife and I are so happy with the help, service, professionalism and advice about the art piece we purchased. It was actually a surprise and my wife loves Maya Eventov. I want to thank Dan personally as this purchase was a surprise B-Day gift for my wife and thank you to Maya for signing as my wife, Wendy was so touched. I would highly recommend Creations Art and Framing to all art lovers around the globe. Dan really catered to us as we live in the USA and the art work was packaged perfect. The Birch Tree portrait makes a wonderful addition to our home and my wife and I just sometimes sit in our living room admiring it. Thank you again, Dan.

k Lowe: Professional, kind service. I appreciated the additional consideration during a difficult time. Dan Faulkner was super to work with! Definitely recommend them to everyone. Kathleen

Dorothy Brown: New system of making an appointment is easy to use and communication is good. Dan listened carefully to my needs and we choose appropriately for my project. It was finished in a timely manner and turned out as I had hoped. Great service. Will use again.

Brenda Jepson: We recently had oil painting restored and reframed. We were very pleased with results and Dan very professional and accommodating. Prices very reasonable.

Nikki Y: Had a painting restored and framed for my boyfriend that was a family heirloom, they did a wonderful job

Stephanie F: I recently had a painting framed by Creations Gallery and I couldn’t be happier with the results...To start, Creations Gallery had a great selection of frames and Dan was so helpful in helping me to pick the perfect one. He was also able to show me a virtual representation of what the final product would look like and that really helped with my final frame decision.I highly recommend going with Creations Gallery for custom framing - the customer service and workmanship exceeded my expectations!

Mary Robertson: I took a took a painting in to be cleaned and was extremely pleased with the results. Customer service was great and it was a very nice space with lots of nice pieces by Canadian artists.
