Mike Hall: I was given a Simonize pressure washer. It comes with a useless coil spring hose that you are constantly fighting with while trying to use the machine. I wanted to convert it over to a standard pressure washer hose and wand. I was at Princess Auto and collected most of the parts I needed to do 90% of the job. The only catch was that I needed some way to connect the quick disconnect coupler to the pressure line coming from the washer.Apparently Simonize uses an odd ball thread on the pressure line that you can't find in the usual large hardware stores. I went to see Matt at Industrial Hose and Hydraulics. Matt was able to figure out the thread pattern and then he was able offer a single fitting that was able to connect the parts together and the cost was very reasonable.Some industrial suppliers don’t like dealing with non-industrial customers but Matt was up for the challenge and I was given the same attention and courtesy as a commercial account spending hundreds of dollars. I was pleased with being able to get the pressure washer running again at a reasonable cost. Give them a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Micaine Carberry: I have been coming here for years for any warranty related repairs to my power tools and equipment. They have helped me find parts for weird things, as well as repair tools. I have waited months for parts, especially due to the previous milwaukee shortages, but I have been called and advised when my tools and parts are ready. Yes, they can be a bit rough around the edges, but I live a friendly dose of sarcasm. I am in the trades, so I understand the humor and / or lack of emotion at times. Overall, they have always been polite and professional. The counter ladies have always been fantastic. I will keep coming back as I have been for years.
