E Torsky: I'm not sure why this clinic has such a terrible review rating. I have never had a problem calling and being able to speak with someone right away. They have had to fax requisitions and prescriptions for me a couple times and were always right on top of it. The clinical staff are very friendly and listen attentively. They are very thorough with my medical care. I'm quite happy with my experience dealing with them and feel well taken care of.

I would recommend her to anyone.I've read a lot of reviews regarding poor behaviour from one of the receptionists. I highly doubt it's the one for Goodacre because she's always been very kind with me.
Carol Willock: Have been with Rosedale Medical Group since they opened on Queenstown Rd. The staff is professional and Doctors are great. I was a patient of Dr. Opie for 45 years until his retirement and then went to Dr. Goodacre. I have no complaints about my medical treatment.

S. S: . She did exam me and noticed that my pain is related to something that did not make sense to me but when she explained I understood. She referred me and she called the specialist's office personally in front of me to make sure that they received the fax and emphasized that I needed to be seen ASAP.My daughter had eating problem and doesn't like to see doctors but the way that this nurse practitioner communicate with her she likes to see her and listenes whatever she tells her. She is gaining weight gradually and eating better than before. I think we should be fair when we judge and it is important that how we behave and to know the lomit of our expectations.

Emily W: I have been a patient at McMaster family practice since I was a child. Sometimes waits are long, sometimes you can't see your family doctor and sometimes it's hard to get an appointment as soon as you would like. I have always been happy with the quality of care and help they provide. It is a time where family doctors are in demand, so understanding this is important. Dr. Stevenson is a fantastic doctor and most residents I have seen are also amazing.
Sara Chaput: This 5 star review is for Dr.McGill. I have had a less than great experience with this clinic and many doctors within it. Before Dr.McGill I would have given a 1 star. He is the first doctor that my husband and I felt cared about his patients, truly cared. He goes above and beyond for his patients and never makes you feel like a burden and never judges you, which in my experience is a big one. He is an example of becoming a doctor for the right reasons. If only all family practitioners took a page out of his book the system would be that much better for it. Thank you Dr. McGill for being such a wonderful doctor!
katie: I can’t speak for the other doctors here as i haven’t had experience with them, but I wanted to leave a review for Dr. Mcgill and his care team. they are always attentive and go above and beyond to help their patients. I was used to being failed by the medical system, but Dr. Mcgill and Dr. Henry He always make me feel cared for, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need and that I feel comfortable coming to them with anything. I’ve never felt dismissed or like a burden while under their care, they are professional doctors while still showing you they’re human and care about your issues.I think a lot of people don’t like that this is a teaching facility which means you don’t always get seen by the same doctor, if you aren’t comfortable with that I suggest finding a different clinic because this is definitely the case, but I personally like it because it helps them be able to see more patients. they do have access to your whole chart too so they can see your whole medical history and they’re trained to not make you explain everything every time. 10/10 I highly reccomend this clinic!

Barb Sonier: I recently joined MFP and am surprised to see so many poor reviews. I’ve had nothing but good experiences there. I have multiple health issues and each has been addressed thoroughly. I never feel rushed or ignored. I’ve seen a resident as well as my primary GP and have no complaints, it’s a learning facility and the team coordinates which can be beneficial.Front desk staff has always been friendly. I have had to wait to get through on the phone but find that’s the norm with most clinics, the online booking option has been great.Charges not covered by OHIP such as sick notes, insurance/disability documents etc..charges are more than fair and much less than many charge.I’d like to add I work in the community and support many individuals to medical appointments and this clinic is definitely one of the best, IMO
Steve Chalastra: I just noticed to my surprise that the average Google rating for MFP is 2.7. I've had nothing but exemplary service from my assigned doctor. This is a case of averages not meaning much because most reviews are either 5-star or 1-star, and the latter seem to be typically about phone time on hold or rudeness. Yes, you're going to wait a while if you need to call but given the number of patients at the practice and what's going on with the health system in this province, be realistic! You can also get an appointment through the online booking system. And I've never been treated with anything other than helpfulness and politeness.

Jolee G. MacDonald: Best providers I’ve ever had. They have all sorts of health programs and services. What’s so great about it is the fact that they use collaboration by teaching residents. So they can become great doctors. Collaborating brilliant minds is much better than only one. I feel that my needs and concerns are addressed and I’m never rushed they take the time to really listen to you. There is also a social navigator there to help you with different things such as legal, employment, financial, housing. Amazing work
Julia Verhaeghe: We've had very positive experiences with MFP over the past few years. The front desk staff have always been friendly and accommodating. The wait times are low, the medical teams are professional and knowledgeable. It's easy to get same-day appointments for urgent matters. And what's super convenient is the after hours doctor. We've had to use this service a few times and it has kept us out of the urgent care centre. It's true you will not see your doctor every visit, you may see a resident instead, but that hasn't been a problem for us. The nurse practitioners are also amazing. Highly recommended!

Justin Mochon: I love my doctor, Dr Patel. He's very kind and even when busy I don't feel rushed like I have with other doctors. I highly recommend him. I've had to be a little persistent at times to get medication I believe I need... Which tells me he isn't just pushing drugs to get people out the door. I swear some doctors are just in it for the money. Not Dr Patel as far as I can tell. He really seems to care.Now for the negatives. Some of the walk-in clinic receptionists can be so abrasive and ignorant. Not all. There's at least one that is kind and helpful.I was referred to the allergy specialist in the building and I give him 0 stars. Dr Jane. I've never met him, but he's missed 3 of my virtual appointments being over 2 hours late to call me and had me reschedule instead of just having our appointment.Scheduling with his office is next to impossible. It's just a constant game of phone tag. I literally gave up and demanded a new referral elsewhere. I would highly advise avoiding Dr Jane, however that's your call as I hear he's actually quite good as an allergist... If you don't mind the hassle it takes to get an appointment. It could also be just due to covid-19. He could be over booked because so many people having breathing issues or concerns due to covid... But I can't say for sure.

Melanie Cherevaty: Dr. Al-Safar at Main West Clinic has been our family doctor for the last five years. We have had many moves and were so happy to find ourselves in the care of this clinic. Rarely have I felt that listened to with a thorough analysis of symptoms and treatment. Dr. Al-Safar is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor that has quickly gotten us into specialist care when needed. Sometimes the wait in the front reception has been long, but I do feel this is understandable also being a walk-in clinic. Always an exceptional experience with this doctor!

Has been a life changer for my back and hip pain.Dr is sometime late showing up and I've had times when I show up and my Dr is not there but the other Dr has always seen me in these cases and he is wonderful.All reception staff and nurses try very hard to accommodate patients. I've seen some situations where nursing/desk staff being treated with disrespect and they always remain polite. They deserve alot of credit.

Kimberley Treftlin: I've received fantastic help at the Hamilton pain care clinic. I find everybody to be friendly and my doctor is very knowledgeable and supportive as well as providing me with different treatments that have really helped with significant pain. . Dr. Faltas in particular has been tremendous.
The Tree Guy Services: It's a hit and miss with the shots occasionally, but it's worked well for me since 2014 when I started coming here for chronic pain in my back, neck and shoulders. I prefer 21 shots a week of freezing over having to take opiates all the time. This place is a God sent. Thank you to all the helpful staff and doctors.

The support groups are peer-led by those who have completed the course , and are very informal and fun. I would say that this centre has given many seniors a new lease on life.

Amber: I attended this clinic yesterday as a walk in. Yes I did have to wait a long time, I didn't have an appointment. But the two women at the receptionists desk warned me about the wait in advance and I was okay with that. The doctor was very kind and understanding, listened to everything I had to say and was incredibly reassuring. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Everyone was so nice and the wait was worth it as I felt that I was given exceptional care

Ramiz Bangash: I would not recommend this place whatsoever. I've never had an issue with the doctors themselves, but trying to get in contact with the place is damn near impossible. I've needed them multiple times these past couple years and no matter how I try to set an appointment up, they don't respond. They never answer the phone. Occasionally you get the opportunity to leave a voicemail but they don't even bother you contact you back. The appointment request form on their website is pointless. They held on to my x-ray and ultrasound results and wouldn't contact me to let me know about them. It's literally the most useless doctors out there. I've had to solely rely on walk in clinics instead because amazingly they have no issues seeing people in a timely manner. "Accepting New Patients" is an actual joke considering the place can't even take care of their existing ones.
