Diana Kato: I attended a basic serger class last night and it was so great! I learned So much and feel so much more confident to have fun with my serger now! The instructor Liz was so patient to go step by step through all you might need to know to not be afraid of your serger. The small class of 5 was nice to be able to ask questions. Liz also went ‘overtime’ with some extra fun tips❤️This was my first time at the store and I will be definitely coming back to shop and attend classes! Thank you for a great class

Tanya Norsworthy: My friends and I bought a Longarmmer from Hamilton Sewing last year. Michelle was willing to help us understand how to use the Amara Longarmmer by giving us some lessons. Also, we had to get the bottom trolley replaced due to a fluke manufactured defective part. Michelle and Leonard came to our place, replaced the new part and gave great service. overall, their service was wonderful! We are so happy to have it replaced. They were very patient with us and letting us know what to do and how to be aware of the Longarmmer uses. They are kind and professional.

It's surprising because I bought my serger there and had conversed a lot with the person in the store at the time during the buying and she was really nice and knowledgable. Maybe it's two different people. Maybe she was having a bad day.

I definitely miss browsing the bricks & mortar store, but the online experience was just as great, the same exceptional quality I go to Sussman's for, and really fast shipping and excellent customer service! Carolina Vaq: The store is well lighted and is clean. The isles are clear of obstructions. As you enter at this time you will be greeted by their cool Halloween decorations.I couldn't find a worker to ask about crochet clip on eyes until I got to the check out line. The cashier was helpful and knowledgeable in what I was asking for.So, I do hope they will get small black snap on crochet eyes. Also, I was happy to see that this Michael's had cashier workers rather than self check out, it was a nice personal touch.As I was leaving, an older lady lost her earring, once the cashier finished my order, she went straight to the older lady to help her out. I thought that was very nice.Currently, the outside of the store is under renovations, however, you can still finding parking and the entrance is still wheelchair accessible.A good selection of yarn, and there are a couple new options.Their fall collection is pretty neat.
