Elizabeth RBee: Wonderful movie experience. Comfy seats. Tasty buttered popcorn. Lots of leg room. People there to actually watch the movie! A Hamilton gem!
Charlie Scozzari: Great local movie theatre with a lot of charm. They play a collection of classic, short run and main stream movies. The staff is wonderful. The concession has lots of variety too. You won’t be disappointed.
Jay Smith: Recently saw “Raging Bull” and “Monty Python and the Holy Grail” at the Playhouse these being my first 2 visits to the theatre. What an amazing job they’ve done of restoring and preserving the cinema. Looking forward to watching many more films here.

T Halper: Went to Pink Floyd show on July 8 Ivor Wynne and was thoroughly disappointed. Not one song was recorded in its entirety!!!. Do you know how annoying this is to a fan!!!????This is my band....and I walked out..playhouse Cinema is great not their fault!The popcorn was awesome tho!!

Ezekiel Shallow: . The seats are a bit tired but very comfortable. The screen is a little smaller, but the ticket prices are good.

But the reclining seating and underground validated parking make for a great experience.Lexmark, with its deals and club membership, is awesome. Discounts on concessions, etc.They also make it feel more like family than commercial. Shout out and kids days.

Unknown Player: Great place to watch a movie! The price of the ticket is pretty cheap.
J. Walker: Loved the sound quality at the “Pink Floyd Tribute” event last week. First time in - it’s a beautiful theatre.
Sean Palmerston: Cool repertoire movie theatre. Nice place to catch a documentary or a Japanese monster movie
Amardeep J: I love this theatre. Cozy and comfortable and nostalgic of the old movie theatres like Uptown or the Eglinton in Toronto. Concession has a good selection. Sound is very good. Selection of movies is usually very good. Nice atmosphere than the 10 theatre cineplexes.
