Thomas Gauthier: The people don't seem to want to help you, they're just standing around. I mean, most people like going outdoor are totally lost. So what go to a place that there's never any help voluntarily?

Rhonda Hofman: I have been here a few times. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Most of the time, I can get what I need in this store. If there is something I cannot get. One of them will look online to see which Rona has the product I'm looking for.They do have Restrooms and Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. They have free parking with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots in the front of the store. They have online shopping. They gave us a choice to pick up our order. In the store, Parcel shipping or Rona Truck delivery.
