Wes Sudsbury: My initial dealings with Dr. Hallett make it quite clear that she cares more about digging as deep as possible to find solutions for her patients rather than throwing medication at a problem. She spent more time, continuing to probe further, asking the right questions to find the best course of action and next steps. Dr. Hallett truly has a far deeper, caring approach compared to what our family has experienced. I hope this trend continues and highly recommend any family dealing with mental illness to contact her for a consultation.

The Rebel And The Girl: Had my tympanoplasty surgery here. Dr Reid, Dr. Park and staff were fantastic. I had one complaint about a nurse when I came out of anesthesia when I was in tremendous pain she mockingly and rudely dismissed the pain I was in. Either than that the staff made me feel very comfortable and calm as my anxiety was very high before surgery.
Javed Munshi: Environment was clean and tidy.. everyone was very friendly... was visiting a respiratory consultant and whilst waiting daughter really enjoyed the rooftop playground.. which had tricycles, push cars, a track, large connect 4 and kids baskball.. top notch makes visiting and waiting much more of a pleasant experience.. 5/stars

Chrystal Baker-Savage: I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. The receptionists try their best, and they’re firm and efficient with the patients. I’ve not had a bad interaction with any of the receptionists, nurses, doctors or any other staff ever. I don’t understand all the negative comments about Sharon. She is great at her job, and I can’t imagine it being easy.

Dawn Andrewsloucks: Been a patient for over 10 years with Dr Lo, only seen him a few times. A very to the point man, provides the most effective tests to find out information to your issue. Ordered tests and provided a script that may help, which gave me hope that there may be relief. Gave me good sound advice as well. Cared enough to adk if i have a drug plan before dispersing a script too. Never led me astray and always straight forward. When you need help, his knowledge is beneficial.

Beth Ross: I think Dr Lo is absolutely awesome. I was diagnosed in 2009 with MS. I had a doctor previously that I did not like as her bedside manner was terrible. I has to be transferred to the MS Clinic in Hamilton and receive Dr Lo as my doctor. Since seeing Dr Lo he has been so helpful and I have seen him multiple times outside of the MS Clinic. He's there for me whenever I have an attack and need his help.He gives me the information I need, he's thorough and very knowledgeable.
M D: I was diagnosed with MS in 1990. I've had many excellent neurologist over the years. I look forward to my appointments with Dr. Lo., he explains things in a way I understand and is friendly with a sense of humor that I enjoy.

kate robinson: Dr Giammarco is intelligent, compassionate, and experienced. Migraine is an incredibly complex disease and different for each individual. I feel very blessed for her help guiding me through it and increasing my quality of life.
Mandy Chouinard: spent 45 minutes with me doing a consultation over the phone.I can appreciate his organized & systemic approach so I didn’t feel confused or overwhelmed with information.We covered everything from past/family medical history to my current lifestyle; he made me feel heard, validated and empowered to make a decision regarding what treatment works best for me. I’m typically weary of medical professionals that come across as “drug pushers” just wanting to give you a prescription and send you on your way but this was NOT the case here, I learned so much about migraines and certain lifestyle changes, as well as vitamin supplementation that could benefit me.Dr Giammarco was also conferenced into the phone call to go over the treatment plan with me and to answer any questions I may have had. She was lovely to deal with as well.
Nicole Greenhalgh: Dr. Giammarco is amazing. She listens, gives different treatment options tailored to how you react and your life. When she saw how nervous I was about my first botox treatment she slowed everything right down, explained what was happening, gave me a chance to catch my breath, and explained everything she was doing as she did it. Amazing experience.

Judy Heacock: She is caring, compassionate and wonderful doctor. She tries to get medication covered if not currently covered by your plan. She works out of various locations other than her office to be more convenient for her patients. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment and she does not rush you.
