Nasir M: Since it's become a habit order online, It was after while that I had to visit an electronic store for a quick shopping. Wanted to buy a gaming laptop for my kid. We found what we were looking for in less than 15 minutes but took 30 minutes to wait for a in-store representative to pull the the item out for us. Store wasn't busy there were barely some shopper at that time. Still waiting that long was kinda annoying.
Hamilton Guy: Today I went to this Best Buy location to drop off some old electronic equipment. I was greeted at the door by Will; he was very friendly and had a genuine desire to help. I had quite a bit of equipment to bring in, so he came out to my car and helped me to bring it all in! I was very impressed with the service, especially considering that I wasn't buying anything. This is why I regularly shop at this Best Buy. My only advice; hire more people like Will!

They were able to adhere to my complication fix the issue, no hassle free and with a great smile and attitude, I strongly recommend bestbuy at stone church because they're customer care and priority I felt was the most important thing to them. She was professional, polite, and saved me time looking all over the store. In the span of 5-10 minutes she helped me, placed the order, and manned the front of the store. Great multi tasker.
