He was very considerate of what I asked for and had my budget in mind. He is patient and really took the time to listen and make the best suggestions.My car was ready in less than a month, and rather than having to drive all the way from Pickering to Burlington to pick up the car, he arranged for a driver, Dennis Bird, to pick us up on a date and time that worked for me. Another option was to have the car delivered right to my house, but I wanted to pick it up.Dennis came promptly at the scheduled time and Jack treated us to drinks for the longer drive back.
