Justin Hwang: I needed a last-minute launch monitor as a birthday gift for my dad. Unfortunately, buying direct from the manufacturer usually takes a few weeks and so I needed to find a separate supplier. I checked Golf Town's online store and although it claims to have a few SkyTrak units at a few locations, every location I contacted replied saying that the website was wrong. One location actually checked the SKU across all Golf Town stores and said there was absolutely zero in stock.Thinking I was out of luck, I figured I'd have to pay extra to find one second-hand on eBay and Kijiji due to the lack of local supply... but then I ran into Leo's Custom Golf! Leo's prices for SkyTrak units are comparable to buying them direct from the manufacturer but he has units in stock and ready to ship. I received my order within a day of ordering and Leo kept in contact with me every step of the way. I've never seen my dad so excited about a gift! Thank you Leo for the AMAZING service! HIGHLY recommended!

Greg Collins: I'm seeing a lot of these 1 star reviews and I'm not understanding why there's so many of them. I got my entire set of Irons from him and a 3-wood for a VERY reasonable price, compared to other stores. He's been kind and patient every time I've stepped foot in his store. I've caught Ross before when he's been having a rough day, so his attitude might not be the best sometimes, but I'd probably be mad too, if I had golf snobs and cheapskates constantly trying to Con me out of my inventory on a daily basis. If you don't like his VERY FAIR prices, go to Golf Town or look on Kijiji.

Ryan N.: Went here yesterday to get some skates for my little guy. Great experience! Thanks to the manager and helpful associate. They helped us with skates for my son, and also with trading his pairs in.Store is very clean and well organized. Layout of the store is easy on the eyes. wesolomj: Edit - Original post was 1 star due to reason below, but after posting the review, I was contacted by Head Office and they were able to find the gloves for me.Original post:Will not return, and I advise others to be cautious. I went in about 3 weeks ago looking for batting gloves. They did not have my size, but recommended I purchase them online in-store, and they would be delivered to the store, which would save me $8 in shipping to my house. Fine, sounds good. Received an email later that week saying they had arrived. Went to the store the next day, and they had no record of me or my item - please come back on Monday and speak to the manager. Fine, sounds good. I call on Monday, still have no record of me, and they tell me based on my email, it was not delivered to the store, but to their PO box. They'll call me back. Surprisingly, they never called back. I called repeatedly, and nobody returned my calls. I showed up again today, and they tell me they still have no record of it, but it's probably at the post office in Carlisle, good luck. I asked if they could get it for me, and the answer was no, good luck. I will not be returning, and will happily tell my baseball team, and anyone else in my league that Sport Chek should be avoided.
