Accredited Appraisals: Customer service experience was amazing. I purchased a ride on lawn mower which had a couple of missing parts. I called Rosehill and after they searched for the parts in the wharehouse and could not find them they went the extra step and tracked down the parts through Ryobi, provided part numbers for the parts as well as the contact info. It's nice to know that while they do all they can to assure purchases are complete, sometimes parts can be missing and they helped make it right.
Josie Furlano: Pick up was efficient but I had an issue with the item I got and they we're quick to resolve it once I supplied them with the evidence they requested.I wish the return policy was slightly longer than 7days.

Scott Musson: We have gotten some good deals here. The fact that they warranty their items for a week if listed as new is great. Good variety of stuff. Biggest issue is how some items appear that you will get a great deal up until the last 5 minutes when people start crazy bidding. It would be nice if occasionally people backed off to allow better deals knowing the next auction will likely have the same items again. I think sometimes people just want the win despite the cost.
