Strength Power Heart Fitness: Grimsby is lucky to have this little shop. If everyone was more aware of what they are putting into their body when they don’t shop local food, there wouldn’t ever be enough stock to supply the demand.Andy is a really great person and is so passionate about the produce and meat. They carry incredible olive oils and balsamic as well. The farmed meat is from a farm, so quality is through the roof.Always make time to stop in here if you are passing by on the QEW or in town.

Judy Bullis: BEST honey garlic sausages I've ever had and the pork butt is second to none. Add that it's free range, grass fed and as pure as you can get and it's a happy meal. So happy it's in our neighbourhood...worth the drive if you're travelling around, and no, I am not affiliated with them. Just love local!
