Shahrzad Shahriari: Positive experience.Animal shows are a bit confusing to where each show will be held.Waterpark is somewhat chaotic. Bus driver's tour narrative is impossible to hear.Friendly staff.Overall a great place to visit. Quite expensive though.

Nirav Vora: A visit - most memorable. Very clean, awesome... excellent staff.... I observed great care for the animals. Very passionate people working there. Food is reasonably priced. I'd say money's worth. A day trip for whole family. But better reach by 9am to make the most of the place... thank you African Lion Safari for making family's day so wonderful.

Forest Lambert: Super fun and definitely worth the trip. The park has an amazing amount of free roaming animals as well as some kept in exhibits.Going though some of the areas it's awesome that they are able to maintain an area as big as they do and still allow people to come drive though it. The animals appear well cared for and happy as they were all lounging about when we were there and even the lions seemed very content having visitors.Nothing like having a herd of giraffes walking down the road right between the cars or having a baboon stand on the hood of your car and eat his lunch.Didn't have time to visit the walking part of the park but I suspect it as just as good as the drive thru and it looks like they have several other types of tours including a train and a boat tour which I definitely want to come back and try.Awesome time, highly recommend!

Kristie LeBeau: My son has been very into reptiles lately so I brought him here after Googling the closest reptile zoo near me. Although it's in Hamilton and I'm not a fan of that city and it seems like it was built into the side of a building at the time as soon as we walked in we were greeted so nicely it was a great little reptile zoo we gave ourselves a bit of a tour and walked around looking at all the different reptiles and animals. They had amazing stuff that were very knowledgeable and educated and the one girl who is teaching during one of their showings really helps my son when he got a little scared of one of the animals! She was amazing and patient and caring and really helped him through his emotions and showed him a bunch of different other animals and cheered him up it was an amazing experience. We were there Monday Aug 21/2023 whoever she was thank her for me!!!!
Craig Thompson: Went a few weeks ago with the family. Near close the one employee took time to show off some of the reptiles, really taking the time to share his knowledge. Before leaving he drew my daughter a snake picture which she absolutely loved. Employees like this are hard to find, it's quite clear this isn't just a job to him but a passion. I hope management sees this comment and the employee gets the proper recognition.

Sarah COUDERT: The Safari Trail at Hamilton was a great way to see the animals while not having to walk around. My husband and I went because I couldn't walk, so we were limited to activities that we could do by car. The animals were all very well taken care of and there was a good variety to see. We even got to see a couple of baby animals, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

Raman Dhaliwal: I really like how the boat cruise is in your admission fee, I thought it was going to be extra. The wait isn’t long and you are able to see three different small islands which has different animals on them. It may be hard to see left and right depending on which side you’re sitting because people can block you and you’re not allowed to stand up. The worker says interesting information about the animals we are able to see on this boat cruise.
Vlas Ok: This is a great place to stay for the whole day. driving a car among animals is great. vacation spot for the whole family. the river ferry ride and the railway are a delight for children. playgrounds and water slides. animal shows..everything is included in the ticket price. souvenirs and many cafes. no one will remain indifferent

Raman Dhaliwal: It’s great how this is included in your admission free and doesn’t cost extra. The wait isn’t bad and there is a bunch of seats which is good for moving the line fast. The time on the train is just right and it’s cool to see the animals. The worker on the speakers says great things to hear and I like how they don’t talk to the whole way.

Aruna Mani: Went on Sunday mid morning. The cost for 6 adults and 2 kids is $141. The parking is free and there is adequate space to park. The entrance to the zoo has a store with some cute little gifts and candy.It is not a massive zoo, but right sized when walking around with kids. It took us about 90 minutes entry to exit with 10 minutes washroom break before exiting. Kids will enjoy walking around looking at the animals and learning about them. They have a separate reptile room with some snakes and others.The washrooms are well maintained.

Dominika Kurpiel: . The paths are rocks/farm like, we used our wagon. Many families had strollers or wagons. We were thinking of bringing our daughters wheelchair but with the hills she would not make it up them.We loved the variety of animals, all animals looked healthy. The staff were very friendly. A young staff member saw us waiting for a wheelchair accessible bathroom to use the change table and she went in there and wiped it all down before we got in which was so kind of her, as she said it was covered in sand.Lots of places to rest with umbrellas and tables in the shade. We sat and had our picnic lunch watching tigers walking around. Took us 2.5 hours with our lunch break to enjoy the place. Plenty of free parking on sight. Make sure you use your accessibility card if you have one.
