Jonathan Fitzgerald: to return the glassware, and was told by ol' Crusty that he wouldn't count the glasses that day and I would have to return tomorrow for my deposit to be refunded once he confirmed 100 glasses were returned to them. I apologized and mentioned that wouldn't be a problem and realized it was my fault. So, I went in to the front office to let them know. Crusty was there to greet me and again aggressively grunted to me that "we won't count these until tomorrow!". I said that was fine, I wanted to let the front office know. And lo and behold, a whole 2 minutes later Crusty had counted my order and approved my deposit to be returned. Literally took all of 2 minutes. And in the process, he potentially alienated a return customer. Because the rest of the team was so great, I will be using them again. I'm just glad Crusty doesn't work at the front-of-house.
Nicolina Milioto-Freitas: Extremely professional, reliable and helpful staff. Last minute company BBQ and Complete Rent-Alls made it happen with 1 days’ notice. They were on-site setting up that same-day of the reservation and ready to go for our event the next day!! Incredible service from start to finish. Life-savers!! We will definitely call on them again for future events.

Very professional, one of the guys came and did a site inspection before our event and was very helpful and had great input, even emailed a layout of what the tent would look like with our table inside! Was very happy with the tent and Dance floor! Will recommend to friends and family and would for sure use this company again!

The staff at Complete RentAlls were extremely pleasant and helpful the MANY times I called with questions about or changes to our order. Delivery and pick up was on time and smooth, all the rentals were in great shape. Highly recommend.
Rob Marunchak: These guys were great. Had a party scheduled for a Friday and 3 days before the weather wasn’t looking good. Called Complete Rentals on 3 days notice and they came to the house the same day to measure etc. Set up the tent the follow day which was a day in advance of the party. Sure enough the rain came, but thanks to the tent supplied by Complete Rentals, the party was saved! Excellent customer service and all around great company! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Brooke Minifie: The Marquee Letters we rented were fabulous for our event! All of the guests loved them, and the lit-up letters really gave off the perfect party vibe! We will definitely be renting again! Joy was also an amazing contact to deal with! Very knowledgeable and quick at responding! This event was also in London, ON. The delivery and set up went great!
