Brooke Minifie: The Marquee Letters we rented were fabulous for our event! All of the guests loved them, and the lit-up letters really gave off the perfect party vibe! Jonathan Fitzgerald: to return the glassware, and was told by ol' Crusty that he wouldn't count the glasses that day and I would have to return tomorrow for my deposit to be refunded once he confirmed 100 glasses were returned to them. I apologized and mentioned that wouldn't be a problem and realized it was my fault. So, I went in to the front office to let them know. Crusty was there to greet me and again aggressively grunted to me that "we won't count these until tomorrow!". I said that was fine, I wanted to let the front office know. And lo and behold, a whole 2 minutes later Crusty had counted my order and approved my deposit to be returned. Literally took all of 2 minutes. And in the process, he potentially alienated a return customer. Because the rest of the team was so great, I will be using them again. I'm just glad Crusty doesn't work at the front-of-house.

They were on-site setting up that same-day of the reservation and ready to go for our event the next day!! Incredible service from start to finish. Life-savers!! The staff at Complete RentAlls were extremely pleasant and helpful the MANY times I called with questions about or changes to our order. Delivery and pick up was on time and smooth, all the rentals were in great shape. Highly recommend.
Rob Marunchak: These guys were great. Had a party scheduled for a Friday and 3 days before the weather wasn’t looking good. Called Complete Rentals on 3 days notice and they came to the house the same day to measure etc. Set up the tent the follow day which was a day in advance of the party. Sure enough the rain came, but thanks to the tent supplied by Complete Rentals, the party was saved! Excellent customer service and all around great company! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Victoria: I had fab hospitality set up a tent, table, and chairs this past weekend in my backyard so that we were able to celebrate my son’s baptism safely with a gathering of 20 people. From start to finish, they were easy to communicate with and responded promptly through email with any answers to questions I had. They even had tablecloth colours that matched perfectly with my colour theme. The set up and tear down was quick and easy and we didn’t have to lift a finger which was the best part. Nikki Stewart: Fab hospitality was great for my backyard wedding. There were some hiccups but they fixed the issues right away. I do wish the communication was better! Also when they give you a time expect them to be late. When they set up the tent they gave me an extremely dirty one, I emailed them that night and they made sure to bring a brand new one in the morning! I would still recommend them even with what happened!Thank you for all your hard work!

Yard games, chairs, catering and ice.The customer service was exceptional, they truly go out of their way to make your day memorable. The high strikers and balloon blasters were also a bit hit - as my headache by the end of the day can attest to! The Air Brush artist was also popular. A big shout out to Alex who not only set up Vertical Rush, Mini-Golf and the Dunk Tank quickly but also stayed around ensuring that the evening ran smoothly. Alison Turnbull: The photobooth is very fun and the pictures are processed quickly. It comes equipped with lots of costumes and props. We used this for a school fun fair and the students had a blast.They can change the settings to print multiple copies each time so each person in the booth gets their own photo and lineups are minimized.

Overall we were quite happy and would likely rent from them if the need arises.Pros- They were pretty relaxed about us adding items later on once we had paid the deposit on the tent and didn't ask us to pay additional deposits, which kept things simple.- They have a great collection of items so we were able to get a lot of things from them.- Their price is phenomenal in comparison to a lot of the other vendors we looked at.- The items that we got were of great quality as well. They didn't try to upsell us like some of the other vendors and instead did put in a bit of work to help us understand our options better.Cons- Their website isn't always up to date and not all of the information you need is there. We often had instances where we would call in to add an item after seeing it on the website, only for it the staff to share critical information over the phone that would make that item a bad fit.- Different people tend to provide different information. We ended up finding extension cords on their site and decided to rent them, and the first person we spoke with added them to our order. Except when we called later to add a few extra, another person told us that the cords aren't a bookable item and shouldn't have been added in the first place. They still honoured the original cord that we had booked, but we just ended up having to go elsewhere to find extras.
