Mike: Long time Cogeco customer, found myself in the store today for basic billing concerns, no biggie. However, was blessed to meet Brianna, the sales associate. I almost never give reviews but I had to take a moment to do so as the customer experience from Brianna was outstanding. Kind, honest and super friendly, it was a refreshing encounter to be met with. Thank you again Brianna, your an amazing person and hope to see you again.

Jo-Anne Jewell: John is amazing. When I run into problems he is so helpful. One evening I was not receiving tv at all. It was around 7 pm and he advised he would send a tech over. I advised it could wait until the next day. John said no he wanted the problem resolved immediately. 10 minutes later tech arrived fixed problem and no further problems. Internet runs slow which while working from home can be a problem. My computer freezes from time to time.
