The Rebel And The Girl: I was referred to Dr. Diane Reid at the ENT department. Dr Reid is brilliant she gave me my life back. She is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. The staff and volunteers i’ve dealt with here are always very friendly and attentive.

Alex Granados: My partner and I came here with respiratory concerns last week. The wait was long and communication throughout the day was lacking. That said, the staff were incredibly compassionate and took their time to understand our concerns. Considering the mass underfunding of our healthcare system, I felt that the hospital was effective with their limited resources. Compared to other hospitals in Hamilton, I strongly suggest coming here.

Alison & Aria Pipe: Clean building, great location for educational programs for kids. Facility offers an array of resources including tech/ IT, lecture halls and auditoriums, has a Williams Cafe open during the weekdays. Close to bus route. Flexible masking policy but protection is recommended based on signage.
Phil Balsor: 5/5 they make good babies here.
Scali Family: First time as a patient this year. All the rooms have been clean. Very well-mannered, professional staff. All in all, really great quality care. My only issue is I had to wait almost 5 months for a procedure because the pandemic has swamped the system. I just hope I do not have to wait a really long time in the future if I am actually unwell.
Lori Toljan: I know that sometimes we do not stop and thank the staff at our local hospitals enough but hats off to the day surgery at McMaster hospital for their prompt service from the time of my arrival to my discharge.All of the staff in this area were kind and watching the way they treated the patients with such care and professionalism made my experience A-1. Laina: My grandad had a hip replacement via Same Day Surgery, and it was an amazing experience. I cannot emphasize how kind and patient the pre-Op nurse, anesthesiologists, OR nurse, physio, post op nurse, and even environmental services were ! I've never seen such a beautiful caring team in a hospital before.

bubbavader1971: Went to St Pete’s got rehab OT, PT & Speech. Everyone there is top notch, special thx to Ram, Susan, Marvie, Sara F, Goranna, Jackie, Denise & Alison they all did an excellent job assisting with my recovery
Sandra McGregor: My Mother was a patient at St Peters for several months and I found the staff showed care and compassion above and beyond. Her stay was a positive experience and she was able to return home for a short time but sadly passed away in June. Many thanks to the Staff of 2nd floor Rehab and Social Workers for going that “ extra mile”

The staff here the PSW's, Nurses, and Doctors were very kind, attentive, and great listeners when it came to my concerns about my mother's condition. The doctors always took their time out to talk with me, and explain in detail while having great empathy while explaining. The nurses were kind, and always willing to accommodate my mother when it came to her pain, and making her comfortable. The PSW's were always available and very kind. The atmosphere was very clean, quiet, and professional. I like to thank all the staff on 3 west that took care of my mother, and did their best to let her pass with dignity, and comfort.
Neelam Kareer: Our dearest mother passed away a week ago at St. Peters Hospital. Mom was on the third floor, West side. Dr. Nick, Dr. Jordan, nurse Amanda, nurse Dan, and all the other nurses and staff were absolutely wonderful and compassionate. Thank you for everything you did for mom and the family. Yatin Chachad: has been here for a few months now, first for rehab and then for palliative care and I confirm that he absolutely could not receive the care, dignity, respect and love that he has received here at any other hospital in the world. George Faulkner: My father was admitted to St Peter's back on May 10th . He had 3 to six months to live. He passed away on Sept 6th. The dr's and nurses were fantastic. A special shout out to Dr Jordan and his nurse Dan on 3 west and the other nurses . They made what time he had left easlier for him. The staff treated him with dignity and respect and were there for him right to the end and my family thanks st Peter's for that

Mirella Faiola: The staff in the EMG department were a godsend. They are people who genuinely care about their patients and do their work with excellence. I felt so comfortable at my appointment today and it was very thorough. Also appreciated the clean facility and examination rooms.

TRIZKITZ BIZKITZ: THE NURSES AND DOCTORS WORK WITH ME AND HAVE KEPT ME IN GOOD SHAPE FROM EXTREME DIVE..THEY ARE AWESOME TO TALKTO AND VARY FRIENDLY. IM STILL AN OUT PAITIENT AND NEED TO REGULATE MY DOSE. THE TIMMIES COFFEE PEOPLE ARE QUICK AND FRIENDLY WHEN SERVICING..THE DOCTORS SEEMS TO HAVE EVERYTHING UNDERCONTROLE WITH WHAT MEDICATION I NEED AND HOW MUCH EACH WEEK. RECEPTION PEOPLE ARE ALLWAYS HELPFUL AND INSIGHTFUL WHEN IM UNSURE OF THE CALL I PREVIOUSLY GOT AND CAN ASK THEM WHAT THE DETAILS ARE. VARRY FRIENDLY ASWELL INPERSON ALSO ON THE PHONE..THE SECURITY PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY BUT ALSO ON GUARD TO WHAT SOME PEOPLE MIGHT AND WILL DO. FRIENDLY IN THE SENSE THAT I WALKED WITH THEN AND ALSO WORKED WITH THEM AS A JANITORIAL SERVICE. THE JANITORIAL PORTION OF PEOPLE ARE GREATTO WORK FOR AND HA E TIGHT SCEDUALS TO WORKFROMONE PLACE TO ANOTHER SO VARRY BUSY DURING A SHIFT..THE CHEF MAKING SAMWICHES AND MEALS FOR LUNCH IN THE CAFÉ IS DECENTLY QUICK AND MEAL IS COOKED AS ILIKE IT ALONG WITH I GOT EVERYTHING I PAID FOR AND I FEEL THE PRICE IS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE..
