Richard Eldridge: The managers are awesome. The little one is really good with kid's and the other one really whips the staff members into shape. No one sits around doing nothing with them here. It's also very tidy, and I heard at least 1 or 2 kids say this is the best place ever. With a massive smile on his face and the other one just laughed and nodded. Really cool idea with the giraffes looking over the party area.
Ayay multifandom: Excellent experience! The first time going and the worker, Veronica, was very welcoming and pleasant! She went above and beyond to ensure a great experience for my nieces/nephews when they got there! Staff are on top of cleanliness, and are very optimistic and kids feel welcome here. Parents also have a spot to sit or join in on the fun! Definitely, will be coming back in the future!

Katie Mitchell: Held my daughters third birthday party here over the weekend and it was perfect! The tables and chairs for the littles were wonderful and the kids loved the playground and trampoline area. Rock climbing walls and separate play area for the really young kids make this spot a good choice for all ages. They took care of the cleaning and even offered to help move things out to the car when we were done. Would definitely recommend for your childs birthday party.

Caitlyn Bond: that was the on site host was phenomenal!! Helping keep the timing of everything on track and being super down to earth. THANK YOU!!But the other great part of the facility is that they have a mudroom area at the entrance and then a safety kids gate so no one can come in or out that is not wanted. It saved us some peace of mind that the kids can't wander their way out, and helped control things. The whole experience was great and the kids loved it ❤️♥️👏

We had originally booked for a larger number and when a few weren't able to show she charged us a lower rate! My daughter needed some consultation ice for a boo boo, she was quick to give it. To also help consol her, they gave us a free snack. We brought coffee and tea for adults and they provided an ice bucket for the milketts and creamers! Our experience was great for a private party! Would recommend

The facility is great itself, being that it’s winter the floors were a bit cold on the feet. But I’m mainly writing a review because the worker who helped us out, Jen, was just absolutely so amazing, kind and respectful. She made our experience that much better! Thank you Jen!

Stephen Ho: Visited this while on holiday from the UK.It's big with arcades and a cafe. For Arcades, you needed to purchase a card with tokens on it. My kids enjoyed the trampoline with the bungee cords, which did not cost extra and the revolving tunnel.No time limit was given at entry so could have spent a long time here but you would spend a lot of money. Good place to entertain the kids

I was pleasantly surprised with all the place has to offer and how friendly and engaging were the staff from the entrance to the helpers around the floor. I had food from their venue and I really enjoyed!The space was very well kept and clean and adults can certainly enjoyed their time while kids can have fun.I must also note that the party host was praising the staff for being so helpful and friendly and during the party I was able to see that she was great. Really keeping all organized and helping the parents at the eating time. She was friendly, fast and super attentive to ensure the party was a hit 🎯It’s hard to see that in other kids venues - so congratulations

From the time I called to book the venue to when I received a call back a few days before the bday day to confirm everything and to the actual party today I’ve had a great experience !The place was not crowded at all, the staff is amazing, everything was clean and organized, the owner Z is a true gem and extremely accommodating and patient! all kids had so much fun including the parents, for those that want to relax there are plenty of couches all over the place and everything is very safe for kids to play while parents catch a break! We will definitely be going back more often and I would love to book future birthdays there!

Michelle Azzopardi [Staff]: Just had my daughter’s 8th birthday party at Flying Squirrel and the kids had a blast! I appreciate that we could tell our guests to arrive 15 min early to maximize jump time. Our party host, Layla, was extremely on top of everything. She checked on us multiple times throughout the party and even offered to cut the ice cream cake, which was a messy job! She was smiley and wonderful! The pizza wasn’t the best, but each kid ate a slice and a couple had two slices. Everything else was excellent!

Matthew Pirie: This is a fabulous venue for smaller kids' parties. We hosted my daughter's sixth here and have attended several friends' parties here as well.It's the right size for littles to go crazy without getting lost in a big space.

Kaveh Poursina: We host our private party here yesterday for our 18month old daughter. They are very accommodating. Laura went out of her way to let us use the place before their reopening which is today. The place is nice and clean. It was perfect for our small group of 10. Thank you.

Sara McKillop: Good place with variety of rooms. The private birthday rooms are tucked away from the play area. Lots of space for parents to sit and watch the children play.
Shelley Smith: We had my grandson's birthday party there and it was awesome. The play area was clean and the kids had a great time. There were over 50 of us there and we did not feel crowded. They took care of everything except the cake. I really liked that there were no paper products but instead they used reusable plastic plates and cups. The kids and the adults had a great time.
