4worldlovers: At Umbrella we offer families inclusive, quality, licensed child care programs. All of our programs provide environments where children can engage and explore in play-based learning at their own pace and following their natural curiosity. Program experiences for children are based upon Ontario’s pedagogical approaches for the early years. The four foundations of our provincial pedagogy ensure that each child feels a strong sense of belonging and well-being and that they are able to fully engage and express themselves.

4worldlovers: Our location is on the quiet backside of a two-story building on Hamilton’s Main St. W. We are conveniently located off the 403 and have a bus stop in front of the building for families travelling by transit. You’ll also find our designated Kidco parking spots make drop-off and pick-up easy for caregivers.

Our 7 classrooms can accommodate 92 children from newborn to 5 years old. Each room has a webcam so that caregivers can check in throughout the day. Our centre has large windows to allow for lots of natural light, as well as a great outdoor play area with both shaded and sunny areas so that children can enjoy the fresh air year round.

We offer Infant, Toddler, Preschool and Kindergarten programs with the option of full-time, part-time, or backup care. Children are also provided with a hot lunch and 3 snacks each day, catered by our Kidco Kitchen. Cory started at CV in the apprentice program – he worked at CV during the day while he went to school for his RECE at night. During his time at the Burlington campus, Cory was the specialist for the Montessori and Brain Gym programs. Now, fourteen years later, as the Ancaster Centre Director, Cory brings leadership experience and a calm- under-pressure approach that instills confidence in team and children alike. Cory is a father of one toddler with another baby on the way. In his spare time, Cory loves to spend time in the backyard oasis he and his wife built themselves.
