We developed core skills that help save time and money everyday in our kitchen and we've already started benefitting from it. The small class sizes created a familiar and welcoming atmosphere that helped us bond and truly enjoy our time together.If you're still on the fence, I suggest you try one of the couples cooking classes. We had a wonderful time preparing the 3-course Indian meal and can't wait for the Thai cuisine class.

Neil Stanar: This store is an amazing choice for anyone looking to enjoy 'sweets', but without the accompanying sugars. It is especially helpful for us Type-1 diabetics! The prices are on the higher side, but that is the cost of keto products and recipes involved to make them. The only thing preventing a 5th star in my rating is there could be a bigger selection of products to choose from, but rest assured you should be able to find what you need nonetheless.
Joshua Shwydiuk: First time there today, bought the Keto O’Henrietta for my wife’s birthday. It’s unbelievably delicious. The staffmember was very helpful, answered my questions throughly and offered great advice. It’s definitely worth the price and we’re no doubt returning in the future.

Nick B: The best grocery store in Hamilton for packaged vegan products. Their bakery section is awesome and has some must try items like their cinnamon rolls, which they sometimes sell frozen packs so you can make them fresh at home. Their house made southern mac salad is elite.They now have another location in Kitchener and offer delivery if you’re within their delivery area.

Jeff Boulton: A small but mighty shop on Main Street that provides some of my favourite plant-based options in Hamilton. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really try to engage with their customers. The baked goods are delectable, especially the cinnamon buns. Cheese options are amazing. They stock the large tubs of Earthbound. Did I mention that the cinnamon buns are incredible? I love shopping at Coven.

Amanda Ruiz: delicious baked goodsi loved the vibe of this store. super comforting knowing u can eat anything in the store. i got a pizza bun which was delicious and cinnamon bun from the bakery. cinnamon bun was a bit firm room temp but i warmed it up in a microwave for 40 seconds and it was perfect. it had a lot of cream cheese frosting which was the best part. i’d definitely visit again. I ordered again i got a “salmon” sandwich and potato salad. The salmon was a bit crunchy but still good. Potato salad was amazing. The meaty chilli, i liked it but i didn’t taste any vegan meat. We were very surprised at an entire Vegan grocer and jumped at the opportunity to visit it.When you hear about all the products they have, you'd expect this place to be much much bigger inside, but they pack it very nice. There are so many different vegan cheeses, boxed vegan foods, frozen vegan foods and delicious treats.We grabbed one of the Apiecalypse Pizza's, some Dill pierogi's, dandy marshmallows, tzatziki and a few other delicious finds.The prices are decent, the inventory was great and the service was friendly. Any vegan passing by here needs to stop in.5/5.

Lynn Bedard: I order from them for work a ton. For catering.Like at least 2 times a month. Plus others in the building use them tooOmg so easy and tons of compliments on the food. They do hot lunches, sandwhiches. All kinds of stuff. Love dealing with them so much, im using them for my grimsby/thorold location too and just picking up from them on the way.. its worth it..

Make it Colourful!: Great place to shop for the freshest in meats, vegetables . The salad bar is great with many options to go. I love walking into 50 Market , everyone makes you feel like family. It’s super clean, organized and the staff are always so happy to serve you and helpful 😊 Terri and Maria are great owners and treat everyone who works there or walks in the door the same😊
Suraj Chandarana: The quality of meats and produce is second to none, I highly recommend their Turkey as well as it’s very moist and not dry and their Korean short ribs are top class. The seasoning on the meats are fantastic and the potatoes salads are to die for. the owner is very nice as he even offers to make sure my meats are cut properly. Definitely one of the best market places in the GTA!!
Samy S: I’ve been here a few times for my cycling trips from Toronto to Niagara. I come exclusively for the deli sandwiches which are top tier. Much better than these pretend sandwich shops in Toronto. Good ratios, proper incorporation of acid/tang to cut the deli fat, and all for a jaw dropping price. Very welcoming place.
