I went into Redhil Toyota with an appointment to test drive a 2023 Tacoma. I was kindly received when I arrived and the sales rep. Sadaf broke down the process of purchasing a vehicle which was what I had hoped to do. The wait list for a new tacoma was a year long but I was lucky enough that a new one had just come in the night before.

Got oil change on my 2021 Rav 4. Invoice said I was to get 0W20 synthetic oil but mechanic put in 0W16 oil….confusing…..I called Joanna Miller & she explained. She was polite & helpful.

I reviewed our video surveillance and verified 0w16 oil was put in your Toyota Rav4 as designed. For warranty peace of mind, the oil billed out on your invoice is correct and 0w16. Mistakenly, the oil change description header says 0w20.
