Lucas Bagliolid: I have driven past iron chef my entire life but have never tried it. However just recently I saw an article in the Spec about the local business. I decided to go and try it out… Very delicious, service was fantastic and very polite, and above all the portion sizes are great. I will be returning again for sure very happy with this local business.
David de Boer: I was introduced to Iron Chef about 20 years ago as the best Dim Sum in Toronto and Hamilton. I was living in Cambridge, and it wouldn’t be unusual to see people we knew from Kitchener driving all the way there for the good food.Fast forward to last weekend. Brought the love of my life there for lunch. She is from Philippines, but has lived in Taiwan, South Korea and Hong Kong. She likes Iron Chef and says it is the authentic style from Hong Kong. If she says it’s good, then it’s good!!!!

Mizore M: Great Asian food experience, first time having dumplings and they tasted amazing, although I have nothing to compare them to. I look forward to doing so elsewhere.Things to know, there is a 90 minute time limit on all you can eat, price is still 50/person with this time limit. So be wearly to dine and then get out. This is not a stay and enjoy conversation.Food service was impeccable, waiters were nice excluding one who refused to acknowledge me.Atmosphere was lacking dustty ledges and ripped seats. But not unsanitary.Food was quick 90 minutes is an easy task to eat as much as you want but don't hang around lol.Overall would dine again. On my own though as a group the time limit is a restriction you don't get elsewhere for the same price.

Noah Moruzi: Went here a week or so ago with 2 other friends. The staff was friendly and the restaurant itself felt nice. Between the 3 of us, we ordered chicken fried rice, General chow chicken, chicken balls, and dry cooked beans. The food was good and tasted more authentic than the Chinese food I have gotten from restaurants in the surrounding area. There was more than enough for all of us, and with the bill split between us, it was pretty cheap aswell. Would recommend.
Avinash Singh: This is nestled in Westdale Village in the west end of Hamilton. Its a lovely location to dine, its not been as busy as it used to pre-pandemic but just means i get served delicious meals faster. The food is great tasting and portions are good value. The ataff are very accommodating and you can order ahead. If they tell you 15 to 20mins they mean it unless you get a busy evening which is when its busiest especially Friday and Saturday as the outdoor scene in Westdale offers lots to do.

I’ve just moved here from the US and I wanted to find a nice place to eat. This was it. Service was impeccable and everything was cooked to perfection. I can’t wait to bring my husband back to try as well. He’s been in Stoney Creek for a long time and he’s going to love it as much as I did. Thank you for making me a delicious dinner. It might be the best Thai food I have had in Hamilton. The pad Thai wasn’t dripping in sauce. It was perfect. Excellent food. Would highly recommend.

Aaron McBurney: Had the parents over for dinner and we ordered Chinese food in.All of the food was delicious! The beef and broccoli was absolutely amazing. Only complaint I had was that the General chicken was not as spicy as I've had from other restaurants, but it was still delicious.My daughter who is not a big Chinese food fan even enjoyed her meal.One other item that was really good was the egg rolls. The filling was amazing!Will definitely be coming back for another order.

William Kung: Really the best place to eat for students. The owner was very nice and took good care of us. The taste of home-cooked food is something you can't find in other restaurants, the price is affordable, and the food is delicious and healthy. Those who require "advanced" service quality and speed can eat restaurants that are five times more expensive and charge a 10% service charge.

Neill C: South China Chinese Food is a fantastic take out restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone who loves Chinese cuisine. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, but their pork chop and onion on rice and egg fu yung on rice are two of my absolute favorites.
Yao Jia (Jessica) Zhang: I use to be a regular here when i was a student years ago, now i try to grab a meal whenever i pass by the area, their food is so good, authentic and homey and the lovely lady still recognizes me. I recommend the eggplant with minced pork on rice and the fujian fried rice. Havent found another place that makes those dishes better! You can also ask to customize the spicyness and not to put any msg as well.
