I did not have to wait in the corridor over an hour, the wait is about 15min at most.The students take good care along with the guidance of the instructors.Just the three hour appointments get a little too long at times but otherwise l have had a great experience with them.

Kalina Morrison: I have always found campus dentist to be helpful and convenient. I usually book a dentist appointment every semester. It is right on campus so I don't have to take so much of my day just to travel to a dentist office. The campus dentist staff are used to helping students so they take cost into consideration when recommending plans of treatment. Mac dental coverage is completly understood and kicks in automatically, which is also convenient. They were able to catch a cavity before it cause furthur issues.

Josh Macdonald: Havent been to a dentist in 10+ years because of some terrible experiences as a kid at other dentists. Everyone that was involved with me for a new patient exam, x-rays, cleaning, and fillings were very understanding and accommodating to my anxieties. Ensuring everything was going well, talking about different things, and making sure I was comfortable. My insurance also ran out so we made plans for the new year to finish up my other filings and another cleaning so I wasn't having to worry about out of pocket expenses.
Isabella Cujo: I went to Eastgate dental and had the best experience. My dental hygienist Ferdous was wonderful and so very compassionate. She was so encouraging and I would recommend Eastgate Dental and Ferdous to anyone who will need a dentist. Five stars in my book. Thank you Ferdous, you are the best!

However the dentist and her assistant were amazing today, showing compassion and empathy. Taking time to make sure I was heard and doing all they could to help ease my pain. I will return only to continue my care with Maria and the dentist I seen today. As for the lady who makes appointments, show some empathy towards your patients for the lives they live.

Fiammetta Mazzetti: The staff never cease to amaze me. They are warm, welcoming and always attentive to my every need. Recently I had a huge swollen cheek. It got really bad on the Saturday evening. I informed the York and Bay office via the website around 10 pm not thinking anyone would respond until office hours on Monday. Not so! to my amazement, Dr. Yim responded within the hour, prescribed penicillin and saw me first thing when the office opened and releaved the pressure! I had to bring my 85 year old mother with me that day because I had to and she also made a point of saying how welcomed the staff made her feel while she waited for me. Dr. Yim continued to contact me the ensuing days to see how it was progressing. What a wonderful dentist and what wonderful staff. I will never change and I often recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Switching to Dr Yim’s dental practice was hands down the best decision I could have made. Dr. Yim’s new location is amazing!!!! From the brand new, bright and welcoming reception area to the state of the art individual dental rooms and equipment, there is no aspect of your dental care that has been overlooked. To top it off the staff at Sagewood Dental Care are some of the friendliest, most helpful and incredibly well trained staff that I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. Going to the dentist is no longer an experience to dread but one I look forward to. I know I am receiving the best dental care possible, in a fantastic facility with staff who look after every possible need you may have and some you don’t even think of.
